No complaints. It was an average hostel. You will get a clean and comfortable room and bed. Location is good - very close to the main train station. It was quiet and good if you need to relax after a lot of traveling.

One shower room shared by more than 20 people? It's really hard to find a slot to shower. The shower room was always wet and I was expecting to have a room with a private shower room and toilet. The hostel wasn't secure (everyone could open the front door) and the installations were not ready to receive the guests.

Wonderful location (five minutes away from the train station really) but the hostel itself is very basic. My room had some 12 beds and no locks neither in the bathroom nor in the restroom. The staff were pleasant and efficient but not all too friendly. My main objective though was to find a place to sleep at at under 20 euros, so I guess I can hardly complain

we booked a twin room online and when we get there we got a really old funished small room with two bunk beds on the fourth floor, there is nothing in the room but a small table. The shared barth room for this type of room is terribly old and unfurnished. I wonder whoever will use it actually. We have to negotiat with the staff and changed to another twin room on the 2nd floor. Howevr, we have to pay full price and the staff don\'t acknowlege the deposite that we have payed online. It is also very nosiy to

There should be locks on the toilet and shower doors, or at least a warning light.

Only one shower for 2 floors. Room and floor weren\'t completely renovated/furnished: No curtains, only a light bulb without any shade etc. Carelessly renovated. Still acceptable value for many since it was relatively clean.

Location is very convenient! But hostel is repairing - there are constraction materials in corridors. Because of that hostel seems not so cosy. Bad point is that kitchen is closed from 10 p.m. till 8 a.m. - as a reception. I had a bronchitis during our stay in Munich - so I was in need of a hot tea continually. Reception girl gave us thermos with hot water every night. Many thanks to this girl (I`M SORRY - I`VE FORGOTTEN HER NAME). I think, they should make an open kitchen for guests.

It was great! Location ad the staff where excellent. I only missed an elevator, cause i had to climb four grounds with a too heavy bag, but that was fine after all.

I would have to say this is one of the best hostels that we stayed in through all our travels across Germany!!! It was not only very nice with the large room and free breakfast but literally only a block or so away from the train station. The price was excellent as well. You won't be sorry to stay here!

Hostel seems half built - workman going in and out, no glass in the windows in the floor above, signs printed out and put n plastic wallets, everything very plain but at least new and clean if not very basic. Didn't seem to be a common area but free wifi on all floors a bonus. Can't really complain for how cheap it was, although selected "double bed private room" and got a two bunk room. When we asked the staff she said no one else would be staying there, which still is totally not what we asked

The hostel itself is not problematic - fine facilities in a good location. The real problem here is the staff. Very condescending and rude, and have no interest in helping the people staying at the hostel, it's truly terrible. The fourth floor was under construction and they were offended when we asked to be moved to a room on a lower floor. The prime example: we told the receptionist there was a swastika on the wall in the bathroom-she shrugged and answered, "it happens."

Clean, good location and near the Hauptbahnhof. The collective dormitory is good and the cable internet works fine, even has kitchen. I had problems when I had to switch to a double room because it was on the top floor without bathroom, window and plugs were broken and wireless did not work. I had to fight and threaten to make some calls to get my money back. Then I found a very good hotel near the same price and with breakfast included. The street Schillerstrasse has several options and better.

I stayed in a dorm room for 10. The room was very clean, shower worked well (must take a hot shower in the morning), and the pillow was extremely comfortable. The hostel is located about a 3-minute walk from the central train station, which is hard to beat. Lady at the reception desk was nice and helpful despite the fact that she did not understand my sense of humor at all. My only two complaints: wi-fi did not work in the room temporarily (although it did in the main lobby), and bunk beds made a lot of noi

Great location, very close walk from Hauptbahnhof, central attractions, and connecting trains/trams. Hostel was clean, however, the rooms we stayed in on the 4th floor were unfinished and there was no shower on our floor, which I would have liked to see for the price.

to sum it up, even though the price for the room is relatively cheaper compared to other hostels in the area - it\'s still too high for what we\'ve got in the end.

If I could I would mark Excellent and Very Poor in the Facilities topic. I booked an ensuite, shared room for 2 nights. The first one I was alone in a huge room, with kitchen, bathroom and it was pretty good (not only because of the fact I was alone, but because of the room itself). But then they changed my room for the second night, and I ended up on the 4th floor, which is barely ready. The room was bad, there was no bathrooms on the floor and even the stairs to go up there were terrible.

Not the kind of place where you go to meet people, but it was very clean and quiet, and the showers and free wifi worked well. I had booked a 4-bed single sex dorm, but ended up in a nice 2-bed room with just one other person. Definitely not enough bathrooms.
