This wasn't a hostel as much as a hotel where you split paying for a room with a bunch of strangers. Very nice modernized building. 24 hour security visible doing rounds and watching the door. The 24 hour front desk is incredibly helpful, and speaks english if no habla español muy bien. Very clean. The lockers in the dorm room were a little questionable, but the front desk was always happy to put my valuables in the safe when I went out for the day.

I had a great time at the hostel. The location was great and the staff was awesome! Short walk to the sights and metro. Great street food locations around the area. I used a pre-paid taxi from the airport for 160 peso and on my way out the front desk called a driver that took me to the airport at 4 AM for a reasonable 120. It was nice having a mini-mart type shop across the street for snacks and beer to bring back to the hostel. Safe neighborhood and great roof top area. Breakfast = poor

BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! We were in the 14 bed dorm, they failed to mention there is another large dorm room above on a mezzanine and overlooks the 14 bed dorm, good luck sleeping when each footstep sounds like Bigfoot is above you.. We woke in the morning with bed bugs crawling all over us, which left a rash that would scare Stevie Wonder. When I told the staff they said I MIGHT be able to get money back for the two other nights I had paid for, And laughed when they thought I wasn't looking.

It is a nice hostal with excellent location! We had a problem with our room the first night, so they hosts us in a dorm, and let it just for us with no charge. Breakfast is not cool, poor pancakes but there is a really good bakery next to it.

It was not bad, clean, friendly enough. The only thing to point out is I asked for them to call me a Taxi to go to a pretty near place, they said that it was from a private company and that the flat rate was 140 pesos to go where I wanted (which is ridiculous for Mexico city), I refused and caught a cab outside and it charged 20 pesos. I recommend to not use their taxi overpriced services, extremely unreasonable prices!!

We were given a room with no windows or outside ventilation, and there was no way of getting fresh air into the room. I understandable that it is a hostel, but still 450 pesos is much that a room. The hostel staff was not responsive when I told them that they were out of soap, which is not good because I know from first hand experience that there was a stomach flu going around, and people who are sick like this need to wash their hands frequently. The shower drains backed up, and there were coc

A bit quiet, but if you want to get rowdy with friends then there's a rooftop bar that you can go up to. Good location in the affluent part of MC. Kitchen, lots of SPACE. Staff are helpful. Free breakfast is pretty average. Bar next door is cool - a hangout for the locals. Great art on the walls makes for a cool atmosphere.

Very chill place. Accessible to the sights and the staff are really accommodating. There's a tacito stand infront of the hostel which was awesome.

tell the staff not to send away tour companies who are looking for guests staying there - THIS HAPPENED TO US! THE STAFF MEMBERS ON THE FRONT DESK THAT THERE WAS NO ONE BY OUR NAME STAYING AT THE HOSTEL WHEN WE WERE LITERALLY STAYING IN THE ROOM ABOVE THE DESK! WE LATER HEARD FROM THE TOUR COMPANY THAT THE STAFF DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK FOR THE NAMES IN WHO WAS STAYING THERE AND JUST FLATLY TOLD THEM NO ONE BY THAT NAME WAS STAYING THERE - NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
