The hostel and the people there were super helpful, I ended up only having a very brief stay but they accommodated me and did everything and made it so easy and stress free like it wasn't a problem and I was and still am eternally grateful for that. The showers were good, the wifi wasnt perfect but had an alternative and the hostel itself was charming with character and well designed. I will return on my next visit to Mexico City. Thank you :)

Staff were fantastic! Diego & Don were amazing and so helpful and great taste in music! took us on a free bike ride around Mexico City, explored the streets, to book stores and showed us to great and cheap places to eat. Roof top bar is great with amazing views of the sunset at night. Great location in the heart of historic Mexico City. Artist market on one day on the roof, so much to see, something is always going on! p.s the restaurants down below are great too!

We stayed in the 4 bedroom suite and were very impressed!!! it had 2 floors inside along side 2 bathrooms and 2 king size beds. the free breakfast was a little lacking but I would absolutely stay there again!

Standard hostel, good facilities and clean. No atmosphere when i stayed there, maybe wrong nights. Staff are helpful but other hostel staff have been a lot more fun and friendly.

Earplug mandatory but the location makes up for the noise. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was well looked after and felt totally secure.

Nice place, very recommendable. The only negative point I have is the breakfast. I wasn't expecting one anyways so no big deal for me but if you're expecting a meal, don't, it's just a very small bowl of corn flakes. I would also avoid the Sushi downstaires; it's great to go there for a few beers but the sushi was the worst I ever had.

The hostel is really nice, but on Saturdays it gets really loud!!! Not really the choice if you are really tired and need to get some sleep

Nice and helpful staff. Very good location (5 min walking from Zocalo City Center, and 5 min walking distance from Isabel la Catolica Subway,). Very good guided tours, cheap and instructive. Rooms are very big and clean. Clean towels and bed sheets are provided upon arrival. Breakfast includes 2 toasts and typical mexican coffee ("cafe de la olla"). Would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Mexico City in decent conditions and with a small budget.

the suite we booked was HUGE! it was so clean and spacious. The kitchen was big and clean too, it definitely needs more knives and forks though...

I went backpacking for 3 months and Mexico was my first country. Hostel Regina really made my stay in Mexico special because of its friendly staff and great facilities. It is situated in down town Mexico city very close to the subway and it's extremely safe. The hostel is big and very clean, met awesome people there. Don't have anything to complain about, the only thing that could´ve been better is the common area. It could've been a bit bigger and more open but nonetheless awesome!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hostel. The only thing that might be a concern for some is the noise level at night as it was quite loud with the bar right downstairs. However, we appreciated being in the center of the Centro Historico night life and enjoyed the busy streets in the evening which allowed for safe and pleasant walks.
