A very easy going place. Hostel Chez Jean is located in the heart of Montreal, in the Plateau area. .

You can enjoy breakfast at any time in the morning ! During the summer you can have breakfast on our terrace.
In the rush season be prepared to share double beds, we have very few single beds. We also open our annexe nearby. At 4244 de Lorimier street. So if Henri Julien is full or if you prefer we'll take you there. The house is newer and the rooms bigger.

We also offer our guests free internet, a public phone service, TV, satelite, video, hammock, piano and many more facilities.

Our staff will give you a warm welcome, as well as advice and recommendations for outings within the city itself as well as in the surrounding areas. We also offer longer stay possibilities.
We don't have credit card facilities here, so have some cash or travellers checks.
