Very good location - in the very center of West Berlin; quad room was very spacious and clean, same goes for bathroom and toilets. It's a pity however that there is actually no common space, nor common kitchen (would be nice to have e.g. cups or glasses). Also staff is not available between afternoon and morning. In general, it was a pleasant stay, but not recommended to people seeking companion of other travellers.

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed staying at the Hostel City Bed am Kurfuerstendamm. Our double private room was nice, spacious and very clean. The bathroom facilities were also really clean. The breakfast cost 4 euros and was well worth the money. The location of the youth hostel was great - near a tube station, in a quiet area. The two members of staff were really nice and helpful too.

This hostel was the best solution for the money we gave for accomodation. The Location was awesome, one station from Zoologishe garten. Room was was furnished by only the most important things.
