The best thing about this hostel is its location. Absolutely unbeatable. The guy who runs it is cool, quite nice, and offers useful advice. The hostel was very clean and I like the no-shoes-inside-rule. Other features: a relatively good breakfast; wifi and computers; great couches in the common area; clean and large bathrooms/showers. I recommend the six-hour tour with Haris that is advertised. The hostel is on the fourth floor of a walk-up, so you can't be a wuss about climbing stairs.

Mildew smell in bathroom, otherwise pretty clean. Nice vibe, friendly check-in, super quick check out.

Everything in the hostel is quite perfect: from showers to rooms, from staff to lotation. Totally recommended and very very cheap.

Booked 2 nights, stayed 4. Pity that kitchen closes overnight, there could be 1-2 more bathrooms, rooms were spacey with free lockers. Location is excellent. Has two common rooms of a good size which were frequently used. free breakfast and staff knew a lot about connections to sarajevo and where to go. Would happily stay again. Wifi was good quality. Super clean too.

Very nice looking hostel with good facilities. Good breakfast (made to order coffee for 1KM). Great location in the heart of Sarajevo. The only drawback is the endless flight of stairs you have to walk up to get there.

Perfect location but noisy bars around the hostel - loud music until 2-3 a.m. Sill i had no problems falling asleep. Quite a long way up 3 flights stairs with the lugagge and a little wierd that we had to take our shoes off on the premises. Only 3 bathrooms! Stayed for another 2 nights in the 6 bed dorm wich was great. The HCC studio II for 5 persons was ok for 1night. We were 6 and 1 sleeped on the extendible couch but the 6 bed dorm was more comfortable. I would definitely return here!

Everything was great about this hostel and the studios, except that if you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night, do not stay in the studios b/c literally the noise is unbearable from the two bars below until 3 am. Honestly, you might as well go down and sleep inside the bar. Even on Sunday night the noise of them putting the chairs away was overwhelming. They need to soundproof those windows more (they already have two sets of windows and it doesn't work). That's really our only complaint!

The best hostel we have ever been to. Top location, staff super friendly, good privacy (we had a two bed room), room and bathrooms always clean, great common area for socializing with other travelers, you come and go as you please, one key card opens all doors, 24/7 reception,...great value for money. Look no further,...

Cool hostel and everything you need. We stayed in the double bed shared bathroom and have no complaints. The room was clean, the bed was fine (but had plastic underneath the sheets which made it real noisy), the shared bathroom was clean, the breakfast is basic but fine, the staff were very informative and helpful, the location is excellent and the place has wifi throughout. Great deal.

Great hostel, we were staying in the studio appartment which was nice and clean, but next time will try to stay in the hostel itself because we felt a bit isolated. Friendly staff and cosy common are. Recommend the Cheers bar next door

Excellent location, and great big common areas and kitchen. Definitely a great place to stay. Only negatives: only one bathroom on each floor and no lockers.

As soon as I got there (early morning) they made me feel at home, with breakfast and some bosnian coffe :) I also really liked the idea of taking off the shoes at the entrance as it makes feel like staying at a friends.. All the lovely staff members help you wherever they can! The rooms are bright and comfy, the kitchen well equiped and the common room is super cosy too, so it makes it easy to socialise. This place has a big heart and is pure super awesomeness :) Hvala!!!

Had a perfect stay at HCC, close to everything and staff are always willing to help. Able to meet fellow travelers in the large common areas. One of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed in. Will recommend to others, thanks for a great stay.

We had a reservation for the hostel, but we got a nice studio of our own a 5 minutes walk from the hostel. The room was very good and everything worked well. The only problem, no fridge! God location, only 100 meters to the central market of Sarajevo.

A small inconvenience in the hostel is that running water tends to be shut off at unpredictable times in the night. This is a problem for all of Sarajevo, but an advance warning from the hostel, or some stored water would have been nice. It's not fun to find out there's no water, while having one's mouth full of toothpaste...

Super hostel. However, if you take the double-bed room with private bathroom, please note that you will not be located within the hostel (walking distance is 5 minutes, a bit outside the old town, behind the catholic cathedral) and so you will miss a bit of the atmosphere and the facilities... but, in addition to the private bathroom, check-out is set at 12.00 instead of 10.00/11.00 :)
