Good staff, a bit hard to find. Had sleep ruined by fleas in bed. When I told staff I feel nothing was done. Enjoyed the City but would not stay there again. They need to get rid of fleas in rooms. Several other people in room were bitten too.

This was a really nice hostel and a perfect location from which to explore the city. The staff was very helpful and I would recommend the tours that are on offer at the front desk. Plus great common spaces to meet people and hang out.

This is a very nice place with an excellent location. It's on the 3rd floor, so people with poor health should probably avoid those stairs. For everyone else; it's a great hostel!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were amazing and the hostel had a great atmosphere and common room so it was really easy to meet people. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because of the family atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. I really recommend to everyone.

This was an awesome place to stay in. There were so many travellers coming and going and it was never boring. The staff were great in every aspect, from helping with future trips to giving decent local advice. Azra (sorry if spelt wrong) was especially great in all of these areas. Loved the welcoming rakia shot :) Definitely wanna come back here!

The hostel was excellent, great location and friendly staff. It was also easy to meet other traveller's and socialize with them during my trip to Sarajevo. Only minus point...there is no water in the bathrooms at night from 12-5, but I heard that typical for Sarajevo, so no reason to go somewhere else!

Excellent location and the staff were always helpful. The sofas in the common room are fantastically comfortable.

We booked their apartment on the other building. The room was not very clean. Hot water was another problem. We had to wait 1.5 hrs (each of us) to have enough hot water for shower. I would not recommend the apartment. May be, their shared rooms are even better....

Great hostel with a great staff

What can I say, I'm so impressed with this hostel, it's just a shame that I was only there for 3 nights! The staff are helpful and friendly, and the common area is set up really well to just chill out. The beds are amazing, such a comfy mattress and pillow. I slept like a baby. Nice breakfast. Wifi everywhere. Super clean (no-shoes policy is a winner). And it's slap-bang in the middle of everything. There's only 1 place to stay in Sarajevo, this is it.

The hostel is perfectly situated in the city, like the name says: it's in the center! You can easily see what you need to see within a walking distance from the hostel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and really helpful. The breakfast was okay and my room was great.

Great stay in a double room! Staff are helpful, great location and wifi works well.

the six-bed appartment needs some further finishing steps but besides that the hostel itself is excelent
