friendly staff, excellent location and nice complimentary breakfast we got! also very helpful suggestions how to continue our journey in bosnia

Perfect location, perfect everything :) I had a problem with my reservation but they took care of it!

Pro: -Very comfortable rooms (with AC). -Helpful staff in getting what you need. -Excellent facilities with anything you could really ask for ina hostel. -Location if perfect for touring the old city. -Keycard system surprisingly handy (not messing around with multiple keys. Con: -Not much of a social atmosphere at all. This was probably due to Ramadan, but still could not find much to do in the evenings that the hostel provided. Overall an excellent choice for staying in Central Sarajevo!

excellent location and friendly staff.

A fantastic hostel. The staff are so friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.

Located a few minutes from Old Town with plenty of bars right next to the hostel. Staff were very helpful and even arranged a tour earlier for us to accommodate our flight out of Sarajevo. Air conditioning in the rooms and bathrooms were clean.

This was truly one of the greatest hostels I've ever stayed in. We slept with 6 persons in Studio I, which was way more luxurious than we expected! The studio was very clean, had a nice bathroom, a fine bedroom and a great living room with couches and a large television. The location is perfect, as is the security (2 doors accessible by card). Also the staff was very friendly, really no cons!

This was a good hostel located centrally, but one of the hostel staff was very rude and dint wan to answer any questions at all. No sure why should be working there?

we stayed in a double room which was 10 mins walk from the main hostel - it was fine for what we needed

Although we found it a little difficult to locate (the sign is above eye view) it shares the building with Heart of Sarajevo hostel (who's sign is very easy to see) the hostel was great. Checked in and told about a free/tip tour taking place within 30 mins which was extremely good and informative (should be for the three hours we walked around). Would recommend it to anyone staying in such a great city!

A great hostel. It's really cool inside with a huge common room and dining room. The staff are friendly. It is located right near the old town and on its street are a couple of bars worth checking out for a few beers.

The area where the hostel is located is ok and very central, but the hostel is in the last floor of the building and there's no elevator. Depending on your nationality, at checkin you will be asked to leave your passport or a valid document with photo as some kind of deposit. But that will be dependending on your nationality, what I consider is somehow discriminatory.

Love the staff and atmosphere. We have been here two different times and will be returning a 3rd.

One of the best hostels we've ever stayed in! Location is great, in the middle of everything, its very clean and the atmosphere is great! It felt like beeing home and the staff was amazing, so welcoming, helpsome and really nice and cool people! This hostel made our stay in Sarajevo the best time ever

The hostel is right next to some pubs which makes going out quiet easy! Also old town and main shopping street are just a few meters away. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially helping to get your next bus or a taxi to the airport. Upper shower needs a renovation!

Great hostel: extremely helpful and friendly staff 24/7, perfect location for seeing the sights though a long walk from the train/bus station, good wifi & 3 laptops available in the lounge, small but good kitchen, breakfast available, sturdy bunkbeds & decent sized lockers in dorm rooms. My room faced an inner courtyard so was quiet but the outside rooms are above several pubs--but maybe the noise doesnt carry up the 3 floors--lots of stairs keeps you fit as there's no lift option! Can open the

Good hostel. Nice large common area. Centrally located in the center of town. Only stayed one night but it's just a totally solid well run hostel.

Really great hostel, very cozy/chill vibe, comfy beds, and super helpful and friendly staff. The only two minor drawbacks are 1) no locks for the lockers and 2) it's on a street with a bunch of pubs/clubs-- not necessarily a drawback, but it was extremely loud even on Sunday night; ideal for going out, not ideal for catching up on sleep!

Central location, comfy beds, great staff. Second time around and will definitely go back once back in Sarajevo again. Thanks! :-)

The place is in a very good location. If you want to sleep quietly ask for rooms that are not in the same side as the street since the bars are very noisy. Don't expect a really good shower, but its ok. In my room I had a lot of pigeons noise in the roof and it screwed my sleeping time.
