Different Wi-Fi on each level ensured good signal throughout the hostel. We were offered the hotel breakfast for extra cost which looked incredible. There were great kitchen facilities. The hostel lies 2 minutes away from the S-bahn Westhafen station making Berlin Central, extremely easy to reach. Best hostel of the trip. Bring your own lock for the lockers though.

we had a good stay, too bad the front desk is only scarcely employed

Hostel is clean, it's just that it wasn't renovated for some time. The staff is very helpful, they let us check in at 1pm with no extra cost. It's near the old town and city center, so you can get there without paying extra for tram/bus tickets. And of course the main advantage is price.

The hostel staff was the best. The guy was really helpful telling/checking all the details about chedules and other stuff for us.There's is no separate common room (the kitchen is on the corridor) which was a minus because people don't have a place to hang out together, which affects negatively to the atmosphere. The rooms were tidy but the beds were creaking a bit so at first night it might be a bit difficult to fall asleep. Walls are thin, which is a bit annoying when you hear every cough etc.

Hi, i was a bit afraid because this hostel has such a bad rating. But in fact all what I have read in the comments did not happen. I mean okay, the hostel is not a 4 **** hostel. But you get at least what you want. A nice, safe stay and its a maximum 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff, which was in my case just the owner of the hostel is very friendly and speaks good english. Due there is no Computer in the hostel you can also ask him to look for trains, etc.
