I couldn't use free wifi in my room, but except it everything is really good.
The bathroom had some kind of problem with the door. Beyond that, there was no elevator.
Nice friendly staff, good common area to relax in
Good place to stay but the air conditioning was turned off at 2am which was barely keeping us cool enough when it was on!! Breakfast was very average but we were surprised it was even included! Other than that very good facilities. nice place.
We enjoyed our stay here, felt safe and secure, though it is quite a trip to the centre of Milan, the atmosphere was also quite bad as there was no-one around!!! But i think that goes for most of Milan, the hostel is good, i dont rate Milan very highly though!
I lieked this hostel over all but to be honest the best to stay at in Milan is ostello bello. The staff here are nice an helpful it's just a little out of where you might want to be. After. Six hour train to Milan it was a bit confusing to get the metro there and find the place. The AC didn't seem to do much as its been the most over heated hostel I've stayed at. Other than that, no problems at all. Clean, social, and safe.
Decent hostel for only staying one night. Air conditioning in rooms however my bed was the furthest away from it and behind lockers so not much sleep was had due to being so warm. Breakfast was included but it was nothing special.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom, hostel has all amenities. Very close to all the sites and short walk from the train station.
Wasn't the best location but with the metro it was all good. Quiet, secure and comfortable enough. Great advice from the guy at reception about places to go as well.
Nice facilities--the lounge area is good for hanging out. There was only one tiny bathroom on our floor, but it worked out alright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice stay!
Quick train ride to the city. Quick wifi which is always good -Only works in communal areas. Mac computer provided for free use. Breakfast was good. Pay TV with lots of english channels. Pingpong table for use. Clean bathrooms. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
Please... Don't turn off the AC in the middle of the night during the summer. It's suffocating!!
The breakfast wasn't very good.

One of the worst hostels I have stayed in. For a start it's not in a great location, but it is the incredibly poor service that takes the cake. From the moment of arrival the people on the desk were nothing but rude and unhelpful, even giving us incorrect directions a number of times. No secure area to store bags and the room security is very poor.
Bog standard hostel, bland and a bit overpriced
was happy with this hostel, good location only a small walk to the metro train. would recommend to other travelers .
Everything is fine New! Well furnished! Excellent atmosphere and quiet enough Common area for you to meet your hostelmates Reception is kind and friendly, readily available The only bad thing, no wifi in room Anyway, can use it in common area Wifi speed steady and stable!
The hostel was ok, but the staff was absolutelly brilliant, they were really helpfull and nice!
