Good enough place, very quiet which was exactly what i needed. Place was practically empty, kiiind of felt like one of those places where wierd old people live, but maybe just a slow day. I'm not too hot on Condesa ($15 pad thai? $4 coffee? what?) but Chapultepec is pretty cool and there is lots of good tacos around.

Great place. Ideally situated. The surrondings are full of nice places to sit down, relax, eat... Much better than the center od Mexico. The staff is very helpful also. The dubble bed room is big, with a lot of space to keep your luggage out of sight, without having to bump into all the time. One doubt however: There is only one gents bathroom for the whole place. I prefer nor to imagine the crowds waiting on the door in the high season.... Tadeusz, Geneva

Feb.2012 Hold your breath when using the bathroom (but they were remodeling the bathroom so maybe they are much improved by now) We tried to leave early they wanted a 2 day notice in advance (did that) and they still kept the deposit that was given to hostelworld.com...All spacious rooms are up at least 2 flights of stairs...good internet connection and a nice breakfast in the morning.

This hostel is located in a very important part of Mexico City near Chapultepec and main avenues. Roma, and Condesa neighborhoods offer a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars to spend some time; these neighborhoods are also great places to walk or take a ride in bicycle and also taking some nice pictures. Subway and other means of transport are near the hostel. Some museums, art galleries, shopping malls and banks are within a walking distance or short distance traveling.
