This place was average. We were there on holiday so the room was a bit pricier than it would've been. Awesome location and the rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean.

Hotel was nice enough but the room was awful!!! The radiator did not turn off and was on full blast so spent the night sweating lol, there was also some exposed electrical wire above my bed which was live! there was also 2 Russian people begging for money in the receptionb ut the receptionist told them to leave. If you get a good bargain price then this place is decent, its bare mininum basic but in a great location

This has been the worst hostel experience I have had to date. The staff were incredibly rude and overcharged us. When I contacted management about this they offered nothing more than an insincere apology blaming me for the additional cost which was actually due to their own staff's incompetencies. They do not deserve the word hotel in the title, because that would imply some sort of service rendered. A horrible experience overall and I regret my stay there immensely.
