Hostel Costel is at a 15 minutes walk from the city center go straight on Revolutiei 1989 Boulevard, turn left after you cross Decebal Bridge and then take the third turning to the right. It is also very easy to reach from the Central Station (9 stops by tram no. 1) or from the airport (6 stops by bus E4).
