In Hostelworld they advertise in FACILITIES WIFI, when you ask for the password, they say that the free wifi is only on the 5th floor, if we want to have it in the room we should pay, and they dont specify that in FACILITIES. Also they add 3 euros per night, and per person that are not specify in the original price that we expect to pay. When we have to pay something as far as we previously accepted, we pay, but they should not fool customers. Regards

Many thanks

Place might be clean and staff might be polite. Not safe area if you arrive at night.

We stayed for three days in Rome. A friendly guy from the staff showed us the way to our hostel from the reception. We booked a dorm with two beds because it was cheaper. The room was very nice. We were glad to find a safe in the room so we can put our money in it. There are other rooms next to you so you feel like you're staying in an apartment, but everyone minded their own business. We all shared a bathroom. It was clean and the room and bathroom were cleaned everyday by the staff.

Just the shower was not getting hot, but instead this everything was really great.

We were transferred to another building a few blocks away from the reception. The dorm had four beds and it was clean. Wifi worked fine. There was only one bathroom for 4 rooms (16 people) and in the mornings it was busy to take a shower.

satisfactory service, good value for money

For what you pay you get pretty good stuff. Really comfortable beds, big bathrooms and a couple of good common areas! Also really good location close to metro. Only problem was no kitchen

Not a typical hostel, other than that all is good except that you can only use wifi on the 5th floor, otherwise you will have to pay for it. Staff is helpful when inquired.

The hostel was good, for what I read on previous comments I wasn't sure about. But you get a decent room, the location is quite good because you have Termini Station near and a Metro around the corner. Took me 15 mins to reach the coliseum and 20 for the Vatican. I will stay there in the future.

This is a great place if you're planning on just site seeing in Rome. Really close to the main metro station and the airport transfer bus stop. It's not a hostel to mingle and meet people but if that's not what you want in Rome then it's perfect! Bathrooms fairly clean, rooms were clean.

No Kitchen. But good location.

clean hostel but not a great atmosphere for young travellers

Visited this Hostel at the start of September and i have to say it was a lovely way to start our holiday to Rome! The room we stayed in (Private double room) was really well equipped, very clean and had plenty of space! As it was still late summer the temperature on a night was quite high in the room but the fan provided to us meant we were more than cool enough in the rooms on a night. Only issue was that we couldn't open the safe in the room. But we felt safe enough without it anyway!

It was a pretty comfortable stay aside from the heat. The lounge area was so hot you couldn't stay up there for more than half an hour.

Staff were really nice and knowledgeable. No wifi in rooms, only in very small common room. Weird ish vibe, would berhaps look for somewhere else to stay if I went again. Near an underground station and there are some nice restaurants around. Room was a good size, though there were four beds and only 3 available plugs

The hostel was a short walk from the Castro Pretorio Metro Station and there were a number of places to eat very close to the hostel. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was very big (mixed dorm for 3) and very comfortable. There was a TV, a fan and power outlets and lots of storage. There were lockers to store your stuff and toilets and showers down the hall. There was free wifi on level 5 and a lovely terrace on level 6. I would recommend staying here to my friends, very good!

Small lockers and the safe in our room didn't work, as well as both bathroom hairdryers. Internet only on the 5th floor that didn't work either; there is internet you pay for at 2 EU per day that we got for free on our last day though. No air conditioning in the rooms and poor air conditioning in the common room despite it being almost freezing at the reception. Location was a bit far. Seemed too easy to access baggage storage room. No real hostel atmosphere. No kitchen. You get what you pay for

Be advised, when turning the corner and seeing the church at the end of the broken street you may question if you are at the right place. You are. Probably not love at first sight. However behind the 24hr secured doors be ready to be greeted by a great staff ready to serve, a relaxing court yard, and an open bar and breakfast kitchen. When you retire to a clean air-conditioned room, you will be satisfied with choosing this hostile.

Slightly too far away from the city centre and tourist hotspots. Weird atmosphere in the hostel where no one talked to each other except to ask about the wifi which was very poor.
