wehadfollowed the ONLY directions to the hostel poorly written.We arrived at the hostel and no one answered the door for at least 10 mins,still then someone staying there answered.We waited for 40 mins till one of the staff members arrived to tell us we come to the wrong hostel!aparently they have more than one. we are to find the reception is closed during the winter.Checked in given hardley any information. and the lady didnt care and wanted to leave as fast as she could.badkitchen,shower.

Great hostel with excellent location. Easy to/from get to the Bus/Ferries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have been handy to have a saucepan in the kitchen though.

The location is perfect, right in the center of The Old City. The girls at reception are very friendly and helpful. Its pretty safe and clean hostel. I would recommend to stay there

Had everything we needed with an ensuite bathroom and was very clean. very good if your a backpacker. Would reccommend

Our room, the bathroom and the kitchen were OK. Next time we'd bring our own dishes. With one pot you can make only German "Eintopf":-) But we could understand that action after we'd seen the other people cooking...

Our room was not located where it was originally supposed to be, so it was a bit of a surprise for us because there was no info anywhere in advance that it could be so. The new location was not bad at all, but the original woud have been better.

The hostel was well locted within/near the old city wall and within walking distances of places of interest. Very bustling city. The accommdation was ok but the cooking facilities need to be replaced as the cooker failed to boil the water and there was not enough kitchen utensils to warm up or cook a small meal. Also the directions to get to the hostel can be confusing if you get your 'left' and 'right' mixed up when you get off the bus on arrival.

We stayed at a different apartment by the main square. The family that lived in the apartment beside our room were very noisy. They were up early in the morning (before 5am) watching TV and talking very loudly.

Great location (1 minute walk to the harbour) and good price . It is more like a hotel - but this makes it difficult to meet other travelers.

We stayed in a private apartment of theirs which was in a different building to the main reception. It was clean, had air con and was great overall. The other apartments looked nice too, we saw them when the staff let us use the shower before an overnight train. The staff were really friendly and helpful too! Location was right near / inside the palace so ideal really.
