Excellent location - only 5 minutes walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Great hostel with great staff. Pity about the roadworks right outside the hostel, but will definitely stay again! Worth paying for breakfast.

Really nice staff. They do activities every night. Hostel itself is clean and perfect located (5 mins. from Charles bridge) - you do not need to buy transport tickets. The price is OK as well. They have the key card for every guest, so you do not have to come to the reception every time you coming in or going out (which I do really appreciate).

I can't say enough about how great Downtown Hostel was. Having a clean, safe, and friendly place while staying in Prague made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable! Having planned activities was wonderful because I was traveling alone and I didn't have plans for what to do in the evening. Kristian was a great host! He's so enthusiastic and got everyone involved. It just made it easier to meet and talk to people. I'm very glad I got to chat with him. I learned so much about Prague.

I think it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in! In Spanish we say BBB (bueno, bonito y barato) meaning good, nice and cheap! Super well located, very clean, super nice staff, great facilities and the room was great! We met very nice people there and breakfast was very good! I would definitely recommend it!! It really makes a difference when you start a trip feeling that you are staying in the best place you could have stayed in... from then on, everything flows! Prague is awesome!

Great hostel. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to find, good directions. Rooms ensuite, which is awesome. Sheets a bit rough on skin and no lockers in room are my only complaints. Lockers available behind reception though, so not bad option. Nice selection at breakfast. Stayed here on way into Europe and chose it again six weeks later for flight out.

Excellent hostel with perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was facing the street and the noise from the trams passing by was non-stop.

We very much enjoyed learning from Christian on the beautiful evening tour, and felt all his efforts to bring travelers together were genuine and extremely thoughtful! We appreciated Pepa\'s help at the beginning of our stay! Thanks for all and we will recommend you to others.

The staff was very-very nice and helpful, the problems we encountered weren't their fault. The pipes burst in the men's room (or something similar must have happened), and there was a terrible smell for a day. The room was very noisy and warm, but big enough for us and the sheets were clean. The dust bin hadn't been emptied before we checked in, which was a bit disturbing, but all in all it was a pleasant stay for that amount of money.

Despite the excellent location, right in the center and close to everything (restaurants, mini-market, pubs/clubs, public transportation, main attractions, etc), wouldn't stay here again. Being robbed in your own locker (wich was locked) in a room with card access, and the answer we got from the staff was "who cares about it?!", so i dont recomend this place.

Great location, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. Hostel is very well-maintained, has a good vibe, and the staff is helpful (although keep in mind that some Czech service providers have a distinctive \"attitude\").

The hostel was great in terms of cleanliness, staff, rooms and all such things. However, at least over easter, there were mostly families or quite young (sub 20) people staying there and there were no parties at the hostel. I can really recommend it if you're not so interested in partying at the hostel but use it as a base for town.

Great location and friendly staff. Nice complementary coffee at the beginning too. I went on the free city tour which was great. Not too much interaction between guests in the morning but that could have been the hangover. Would strongly recommend to others to go.

I LOVED this hostel! The staff was amazing and so helpful, and they always had activities going on. The hostel is always clean, there's free wi-fi and it works very well, I never had any problems with it. The hostel was always super reasonably priced. It's located in such a central area, that it was so easy to get places. You could tell that everyone who worked there wanted to make it a great experience. I would definitely stay there again if I were back in Prague!

I love the activities that are planned every night, Kristian is doing his very best to make everybody feel welcome and participate and is a great guy to talk to. Lots of info available at the reception for other activities in the city. Location is great and the hostel is perfect for single travelers. Had a great stay here! Loving the soup Kristian!!

Very good location. Staff there are welcoming foreigners better than the average low friendly Czech.
