The hostel rooms are situated in the basement of XIX century house. After the arrival it turns out, that the reception is an exchange office in house next to (about 50 m). We were acommodated in 4-beds private room. Advantages: good localisation quite cheap Disadvantages: you can't open the window to ventilate the room, lack of warm water, leaking shower cabine, one of our beds was broken, poor equipment, cleanliness leaves much to be desired

To whom it may concern Further to the above given rivew I would like to add that during our entire 4-day-long stay we did not have hot water in the shower. Unfortunately the members of staff -two of them-were not able to help us at all. I am most disappointed since in the past I had not had any problems with my bookings through Hostelworld, and I feel that a compensation is in order for all our inconveniences. I look forward to hearing from you. With regards, Noemi Schiewerth

cold water under shower, lack of locks in the bathroom/toilets, kitchen with no knives, forks or mugs (stove or simpe microwave also would be a good investment); cleanliness also isn't the strong point of this hostel. no signboard in front of the hostel makes it very difficult to find. there is no info that you have to check in the 'Jednota hostel' (even staff doesn't know the name 'Dream Tour'' which is very confusing). design of rooms reminds of a hospital for mentally ill people.

This hostel is a perfect place for one/two nights stay in the centre of Prague for an awesome price.
