Very friendly family who made us feel welcome instantly and very very helpful in telling us about the city and what to visit.
Lovely place to stay. Halfway between all the transport links and the old town. Had a grape vine outside our window that we were allowed to help ourselves to. Lovely people and a nice tranquil place to spend some time.
Nice quiet stay. A bit out of town. Comfortable. Family owned. Good for relaxing. 10 min walk to old town. Can be tricky to find.
the place was grand enough. essentially a room in a person's house. the family were nice and the ones who couldn't speak english made up for it by smiling often. probably about a 15 minute walk to the old town although you can also get a bus which would get you there in about 5 minutes
Calm and picturesque, great value for money, wonderful hosts, bit basic but adds to the charm in my opinion.

The owners were absolutely lovely and gave us such a warm welcome. The view from our rooms of Dubrovnik at sunset was amazing, it was ashame were weren't there for longer, I would definately recommend staying here. The location is in the middle of the port/bus stop and the old town so was perfect as we were island hoping around Croatia.
Great place to stay, only 20 mins to the harbour or old town. The family were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was ever to hard. Would only recommend having a fan in the room. :-D would defiantly stay there again.
Had a great stay! We really enjoyed having the terrace outside to sit and have drinks etc! The owners were so friendly! It was great getting a lift to the airport and all the information about the city! It was a shame the stove wasn't working but everything else was great! Good value for dubrovnik!
The family that run this place are absolutely gorgeous. Very hospitable. Very clean and a nice view from the balcony. Location is about 20 min walk to old town or there is a bus stop 2 min down the road. I recommend this lovely place.
Family owned hostel. When we arrived we were greeted with homemade juice. Close to bus stop and only 20 minutes walking to Old Town. I would recommend taking a taxi from main bus station or port. It only cost 8 Euro. It would be very difficult to find otherwise. The street is a bunch of stairs. Would definitely stay again. Loved it!
They were very kind and nice! Everything was great. You can see great view in terrace. House is little bit middle of high stairs so that you have to carry your stuff but he tried to help us! Location was almost middle of main bus terminal and old city so good to be staying. I'm so happy to stay there
This isn't one of more well known places to stay in Dubrovnik but it turned out to be a great find. It's located in a quiet part of town directly in between the old town and the port, a 15min walk or 5min bus ride to each. The room was immaculate, the owners were really friendly and helpful and it was much cheaper than the hostels by the Old Town. They even let us park in their own personal car park space for our stay instead of us paying €15/day to park in town. Would definitely stay again.
