Breathtaking location and awesome pool area. To have self contained rooms with aircon and balconies overlooking the bay at hostel prices is nothing short of awesome! The pool area should be open a bit later in summer though. Surely it can't be that loud when it's just people having a few drinks...?

Should this hostel be closer to the Old Town it would be perfect! The facilities are perfect and the rooms are awesome. Unfortunately it's quite far away from the centre which makes you less autonomous, although they run a very good shuttle scheme to and from the city. The staff is very helpful and nice and you get to meet some people, although the lack of a common room and the distance to the city make it slightly difficult to meet people outside of your room. Great hostel to stay!!!

The shuttle service is very regular so being 10 minutes drive from Old Town is not really an issue. They have a nice terrace & swimming pool area with a lovely view!

The staff are all very cool and very friendly. They were even very relaxed when I missed my bus pickup and quickly sent out another (My bus was 6 hours late). After such a journey, it's great to be welcomed into a chilled atmosphere. The hostel is quite a distance from the old city. But really, there's not a number of reasons to be right in the city, and they have a private shuttle bus working until 1am, so you can get in and out without a problem. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are nice

There were no lockers available in the rooms. The bathroom was not cleaned during a three night stay and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool and surrounding area were definitely a plus. Wifi connection was poor, and did not reach the rooms regularly. The staff at the front desk made us feel uncomfortable.

Should be called Hostel No Sunset since you can't see the sunset because of the mountains haha. The location is outside town but it isn't an issue because they have a shuttle bus straight into town which is quick, easy & cheap at 15 Kuna/ €2 each way. It's clean & has a great pool but there is no atmasphere in the rest of the hostel because of the way the lounge is laid out. It's also a shame that all of the staff are lovely but Joe the manager has an uninterested and unhelpful attitude.

I had an amazing time at the Hostel Dubrovnik! The staff were extremely helpful and easy to talk to! They were all enthusiastic about working there and they made sure that my trip was as amazing as I'd hoped. The hostel has a fantastic atmosphere and ensures all the guests are able to get to know each other and swap tips if you so wish. Its facilities are great, especially swimming pool with sea view terrace. Highly recommend!

Nice and chill while being a bit social. staff is excellent. The wifi only works downstairs though and the lobby smells pretty strongly of smoke

This was such a great experience! The staff here were so helpful and had fun and sarcastic personalities which I appreciate. Jo was especially nice and helped me out with room issues I had and solved it and also helped a group of us when we were stranded. Just ask and they are so helpful. The pool was great, each room has a full kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Great value for Dubrovnik. Amazing view from the pool. Restaurant and grocery store around the corner and convenient. Recommend!

The Hostel have a exelent location, it is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Jo is amazing, he clearly loves his job and does not mind spending several minutes explaining how to reach everywhere or fill your map with thousands of places to eat and go out to explore Dubrovnik... i will back to Dubrovnik Sunset asap. Thank you so much!

The place was so nice that it didn't feel like we were staying in a hostel at all. The facilities were clean and modern. The location makes for a gorgeous view but the shuttle cost did start to add up (but Dave the driver was the best!). Sadly didn't get to use the pool because it was filled with mosquito but maybe we went before they had to chance to clean it.

It's a bit different but in a good way. The local bay is stunning. The guys are great, dry sense of humour and willing to help. Kitchen equipment is kept a reception so if you need it just ask and the shuttle bus is great value for money and makes it really easy to get in and out. Can recommend the kayaking trip to.

Yes it is far from the old town, but their shuttle service makes it very easy to navigate the complicated geography of Dubrovnik. Staff is very cool and friendly. If you don't feel like going to the old town, the facilities are great and spending the day at and around the hostel is very comfortable.

The hostel is very far from the center, though they offer transfers. the rooms there's a lot of space and are comfortable and clean. The only thing i hated was the staff. Every time i needed someone at the reception there was nobody and i had to wait a long time, including when i arrived. And they were a bit cold and arrogant to me too. I really felt very uncomfortable with that. ahh, and if your only way to communicate is using internet, forget it because they only check their e-mail once a day

Had a pleasant stay. Not in city center but they have shuttle service (not free). Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. Otherwise a recommended place to sleep after a long day in the center.

Bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly, no wifi in rooms. Great having the pool. 15 minutes out of Old Town but regular shuttles although big break in the afternoon for afternoon shuttle services back to hostel.

Have a shuttle service to take you back and forth for cheap but you aren't even in Dubrovnik. It's a good place to chill out! Has a pool and nice facilities but poor kitchenettes.

Amazing! Private bedroom for three over two nights. kitchen, bathroom, TV and balcony in the room.! Facilities: Pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, laundry, bar!!! Location: not in the city center but i would rather stay out of the city and enjoy the view from this place. Super cheap shuttle to wherever you need to go whenever, supermarket 5 minutes away and a couple of restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Jo is the most "special" receptionist ever... Amazing staff.. All staff! Will go back soon!

Hostel Dubrovnik Sunset was my favorite one I went to in Croatia! The staff is awesome and the view is beautiful. It is a little ways out of town but the hostel provides a shuttle which is very cheap and brings you right into town. I would definitely recommend staying here.
