If u wanna hv sleep at night, don't come! This hostel is target for youth and most ppl stay in the hostel is around 20 somethign!every night ppl like hving party and yelling and laughing all day long which make ppl hardly sleep . The hostel is really poor in soundproof so u can hear ppl hving fun outside. The hostel is not good at location as u hv to walk at least 20min to city centre. there is long staircase to the reception, u hv to climb 50 steps staircase with your luggage for before ur stay

It was ok. I rented a lock for the locker but someone had put a lock on my locker already and when I talked to the reception about it she told me to ask them to take to lock off (which was hard to do since everyone else in the room was out). I would've expected them to do something about that. Otherwise, it was real close to the bus station which was good, but far away from other stuff. You have to catch a bus to get to the city center and old town square. Overall and OK hostel.

Good hostel to stay for couple days. Unfortunately there is NO FREE PARKING as it is mentioned while booking. Street parking is free only about 400m from hostel in neighbor Prague zone.

I loved this hostel. There is always someone cleaning and making sure the facilities are working property. They have 24 hour coffee and tea. (Which is great for a tea fanatic such as myself). The hostel workers are knowledgeable and able to recommend great places to eat with English menus within walking distance. They have beer available for purchase (for when you don't feel like leaving) and breakfast was great! If I'm ever in Prague again I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thank you!

It's a very nice hostel with an unique style, pleasant atmosphere, pretty new facilities and really friendly staff. The breakfast was good for the hostel level - good quantity and quality. The public space is big and there are so many showers and WCs all around the hostel, that you will never get stuck in a queue. :) The location is not really central. You have to walk a wee or use metro to get anywhere. On the other hand - there are free parking spaces near the hostel, which is a plus in Prague

We've been there for a long weekend with my friends and we have such a great time! The staff was really helpful, so the hostel is highly recommended and we are already planning to go back there! :)

The staff was very helpful with directions. The hostel was located next to a metro station, 5 min walk. They cleaned the hostel every day, including my room. Rooms had key cards as well as lockers. It's a big hostel so you'll meet lots of people. No lockout! Wifi in yer rooms. Never had to wait for a shower either. There was about 50 steps to get into the hostel tho. I have a bad knee so it's not really a big issue for anyone but myself.

Fantastic! We were there during low season so not all that many people, but those that were there we're great and I can't thank the staff enough for their laid back attitude and friendliness. Location is a bit out of the way, but only by Prague standards. If you consider a 20min walk to literally any point in Old Town "too far" you shouldn't be in the tourist business. The 24h shop right across the road is a godsend as well.

The only problem could be locating the hostel, but its worth the stay and you get your money's worth. It is quite close about 400mt from the Florenc International Bus station. If you are a new comer to Prague, you will need a GPS to locate though. The ambiance was good and so was the free breakfast that they had.

Great hostel ! Staff is very friendly, everything is clean and organized, breakfast was superb. Perfect for people travelling alone. I was travelling alone and the communal area was great for meeting people and chilling out at the end of the day.

I had a really good stay at ELF. Clean bathrooms, good WiFi signal, great staff. If you don´t mind walking a little to the center is a really good hostel.

A relatively short distance to downtown, using this hostel as our base camp we were able to walk everyone and never had to resort to public transit. Staff was always helpful, and the common room with free coffee and tea was a nice spot to relax when we weren't out and about.

Highly reccomended, staff was very supportive and even helped us when one of our group lost her passport, they were so kind to send it via mail. The hostel has truly a lot of character and the atmosphere is great. Although it's not in the city centre, it's close enough to either reach it by walking or in just a few minutes by bus, which stops a few metres from the hostel's entrance.

I stayed at the hostel for the Easter weekend and had a great time. I've stayed at hostel Elf before and was surprised to see that a lot of renovation has been done. Wipe cards to open the dorms, new carpets in the hallways, new lockers that fit a backpack, new showers. And still providing a free breakfast in the morning and coffee and tea all day. I wish that more hostels would be like Elf!
