I just had hell of a great time. The "crew" is awsome. The hostel in itself amaising. Great place to meet people with nice and good attitude. Have those "monday BBK"... Massive time. I really loved the place, thank you so much to let me share that experience...

The best hostel I've stayed at in South America. Clean beds, showers and bathrooms. Beautiful garden & backyard and the perfect mix of party and chill. The location is perfect - smack in the middle of Bella Vista and Downtown. I would recommend this hostel to everyone.

Great hostel shame about the staff apart from Maria the cleaner. All my washing went missing and no one knew where it was so I went in to laundry to find it all sitting on top of the machine. My fleece was still missing and asked staff did they know where it was and was told no one knew and I should ask other people staying in the hostel as they might have it.On the last morning i went through some cupboards as they were openin the laundry and found it. Also breakfast is poor.

We arrived at 5pm and our room still had people who had not checked out. We were assured our room would be ready in a few hours so we went out for a few. We came back at 9.30pm, the beds had not been made and the cleaner was arguing with the receptionist about how she was off duty and shouldn't be working. We felt really uncomfortable. We will not stay here on our return to Santiago.

Amazing hostel! Had a brilliant few days here! A little bit of a complicated journey from the airport - airport bus, metro, walk 10 minutes - but it all ran smoothly. The staff are all fantastic and organise some really good nights - definitely deserves it´s reputation!

This is one of the loveliest hostels I stayed in so far. The rooms are really spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms, there is a big tv-room and a really nice garden where you can chill. The people are really friendly and helpful. You are in the middle of Bellavista neighbourhood so lot's of bars within walking distance. If I would come back to Santiago I would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic little hostel. It's tucked in a wonderful old house with a little oasis of a garden (complete with hammocks) in the back. Everybody was friendly, the place was incredibly clean, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely recommended!

A great Hostel with really friendly staff in a great location. close Enough to the centre and the busy Barrio Bellavista but is quiet in the hostel. Staff were very helpful and made for a friendly atmosphere in the hostel. Also the garden is very relaxing and beautiful.

Good hostel in a great neigborhood with large garden! Good beds and they arrange a lot of things to do in the evening, like barbeque @other hostel, and evenings to a bar. Don't count on a reception in the morning befor 9:00.

Great hostel, in a huge old house. The garden is great, really massive, with some very sleep friendly hammocks. Lovely staff as well. It was a bit quiet when i was there, but this did mean there was only one other person in my dorm, so slept very well. Loads of showers too! The description on the hostelworld page doesnt do this place justice!

Beautiful building! Great facilities, and a fantastic location. I stayed here for several weeks and really loved how whenever I made a suggestion, it turned in to reality within the day. The staff is very receptive to feedback. Wish you had breakfast included but I hear its in the works. Good luck and thanks for everything!
