We are a small eco-hostel offering resort-like luxury at backpacker's prices. Situated on a spacious private peninsula overlooking the town of Guatapé, its gorgeous lake, and the famous El Peñon rock, we offer guests the chance to get away from city life, while providing easily walkable access to the town and its many attractions and activities.

Beautiful and perfect place to rest. I live in Medellin and recommend that all tourists go Guatape.The hostel staff are very friendly and willing to help. They offered a dinner for us when I was there and I met fantastic people and had great moments. Struck by the beauty of the place. And if I have more time Ill definitely return. Could have a paisa breakfast. You have to walk a bit to get to downtown and don’t seems secure doing it by night (use the chiva cabs).Is possible to swin in the lake!
