WARNING BED BUGS!! ADVERTENCIA! During our stay we discovered some nasty itching bites on our feet, legs, arms, appearing in the morning after our first and second night. We were examined by a group of doctors who confirmed it was bedbugs. I wrote to the hostel afterwards and explained the situation. The reply I got was: "we have examined your room and we found nothing. Your bites must be from mosquitos." Unfortunately this may mean they still have bedbugs. I wouldn't choose this hostel again!!

Basic Hostel but did the trick for a few nights stay

I've been travelling for 3 months and this was probably the poorest hostel I've stayed at. Rooms were unpleasant, facilities were extremely dirty, the kitchen was filthy with few appliances to cook with. They advertise that they have free bikes for touring Colonia which they don't. How the hostel gets circa 80 percent approval rate is beyond me I wouldn't give it 20 percent. I don't usually leave negative comments online but I would genuinely feel bad for someone staying there.
