It\'s very important to always have available the payment with credit card, we were unable to pay the firsts days because of an issue regarding credit card payment. Besides that, everything was awesome.

excelent place... the people there was great... they made me feel at home, they called me by name and were super pollite. That was the best feature, the people tending the hostal/ it was very clean. The location was a little away from the center of town but not far enough for it to be a problem

The hostel is handy to the end of town that has the Club Andino de Bariloche and the National Parks office, and since it is part way up a hill some of the rooms have pleasant views. The kitchen was small. We selected this hostel because it was easy to book online. However when we arrived in Bariloche (In February 2012) we found there was a huge range of available accommodation. In future we would aim to arrive with time to walk around & select accommodation on the spot.

Loved Al Gaucho. Warm, friendly atmosphere. THe staff were helpful and relaxed. The barbeque was great and the kitchen had everything you needed.

We stayed for 6 nights in a private room with ensuite and were looked after very well by Tito and his staff. There was an eclectic mix of people from lots of different countries with all different sorts of travelling experiences - these were all shared in the dining room.
