Good value

It seems like a new hostel, there are still cables hanging around. The staff was nice. The rooms were a bit small but clean. Check out is at 11, but as soon as you leave bed (way before 11am), even to go to the toilet, they remove your sheets.

good security with lockers, although they were not in the rooms. staff were very helpful. location was pretty good to get around to many of the sites. the entire hostel was very clean. no real kitchen for cooking, only a microwave so you couldn't really make your own food. otherwise it was excellent.

The hostel itself was great. The facilities were much newer than the other Hostel Era that was close by (this is #2). The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is a TV in the shared area, as well as kitchen but no stove (so no cooking).

The hostel is in a good location and the staff is nice, but the room I stayed in was really small for the amount of beds it has. There wasn´t enough space for 6 people, bags would occupy the little space for circulation in the room, and it was really hot at night, cause there was only one fan.

It is a great hostel only downside was/is that there is no actual kitchen, only a microwave >>> no oven/stove. Furthermore there is no air-conditioning in the room either however the price and staff members were great ! The bathroom was clean and the beds were ok as well..I would definitely recommend it..

Muy bien. Very good hostel.

the cleanest hostel I've ever been to!

Really great hostel in a great location, easy to walk into the city centre. It's right next to the chueca area which was great for me and my friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are cleaned everyday, great service for such a low price. The only bad thing was that the lockers were too small for our bags, meaning that we had to leave them out and just put our valuables in the lockers. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying depending on who you're in a room with.

Totally worth it for the money!

Place was always really clean which was excellent. Awesome location next to metro to easily get to/from airport, train or bus station. Really close a market to but groceries as well.

The hostel was very nice, and the staff incredibly friendly. Sure, the location was not exactly central for sightseeing but a 20 min walk to the main attractions never killed anyone. On the other hand it was in a very good area for going out: Malasana and Chueca (the gay neighbourhood, if anyone's interested) were really close and both are filled with bars. The only thing I could complain about is the lack of a kitchen: there were a microwave and a toaster, but no hobs to cook food on.

Great !!!! Place to stay very comfortable clean and you feel SAFE! Lots of essential shops in the area

This hostel was my first, and will always be special to me! From the beginning we were upgraded a room, which was a great surprise. Then the owner of the hostel gave us a nice tour and was very helpful! It's quiet at night which I really enjoyed after a long day, and overall excellent.

Never have had friendlier staff who accommodate to all your needs. This is a hostel to sleep, not to party - there is a strict "silence" from 12-8 and no alcohol allowed anywhere. Had to leave late in the day so left luggage in "luggage room" 1 euro per person (it's free in every hostel I've been to). This luggage room is open to anyone to walk in so charging didn't make sense. Kitchen limited but free breakfast exceptional. Best staff ever!

Really worth the price: safe, good staff and facilities and VERY CLEAN. Not a really special place, but it's very cheap and well located.

I felt very comfortable in this hostel. The rooms, showers and facilities are clean and maintained daily. Breakfast had lots of choices , good to have even if I end up not trying everything. The staff are also very accommodating. I would stay again in this place!

Absolutely superb staff, good wifi in the common room/reception (and no annoying logins), extremely clean, approx 20 minutes walk to the central square

There is no place to hang out and drink a beer or a coffee inside the hostel. If you want a party hostel this is not the place. A girl got her mobile phone stolen the night I arrived (she left it inside her 8 bed mixed room). The free breakfast is not very pleasant, but it is free.

Easily the best hostel I've stayed at. Wasn't too big and so everyone became really close, location was perfect, breakfast was good, staff were amazing, wifi was excellent, showers were clean.. Perfection. Thank you !!
