except the staff who was very average friendly and the hot water that was veeery slow eberything else was ok

I spent a very good night in this hostal. The room, as the bathroom were very clean. The hostal is very well situated in the heart of Madrid. All the commodities are very closed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I never met so friendly staff in a hostal. Thank you very much for everything !

All very good, I just think the hostel should be more in charge of having silence hours in order to let others sleep

Nice staff Better than the other Era, here is more new, more calm because common rome and accommodation located different floor. Nice here

Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Try couch surfing or airbnb if you need somewhere to stay. Staff not helpful, cold showers, overpriced, and probably the worst atmosphere at a hostel I've been to in the last couple months traveling.

It was really cheap for being there at the Día de la Hispanidad and actually really close to the city centre. I didn´t have any problems there and it was quite nice. There isn't any atmosphere you miht expect form a youth hostel, it was more relaxed..I liked it.

Overall an economical, centrally located hostel, but has a few issues. Pros: Great location close to a very central Metro station; not on busy street, so no loud street noise at night; economical. Cons: Mattress looked very stained/dirty; room had more beds than lockers, so had to use one down the hall. Few electrical outlets- had to leave phone on other side of room charging overnight which is a theft risk; too few bathrooms relative to number of beds; small common area for socializing.

Except that you have to check in on Facebook to use wifi the place was really good for the price. It was quiet desppite large rooms and breakfast was good. The location was also good.

There was pretty bad service. I was tired from a long days worth of travel and they made me wait until they sorted their own business out for a long time before checking me in. The hot water is weak and the shower kept fluctuating from extremely cold to cold because the hot water was so little. At one point when others were using other bathrooms the water pretty much ran out completely. I woke up to about 6 bed bug bites. They will charge you to leave your luggage even if its only for 1hr.

Everything was great except...the shower. Literally a dribble of water unless you want a freezing shower!
