We stayed in the twin room in the garden. It had a small but functional wet-room style bathroom and although it wasn't big, it was comfortable enough. The beds were bunks. It was really nice to have the garden to spend time in, especially in the evening. Great location, close to the station and also with a Grido's ice cream parlour at the end of the street.

For the lady who served us personally, we never looked with a smile, his attention to the customer is dire. There have been days we did not have breakfast, while she was at the computer without having the minimum atenión. I've had to get up and tell me bread, jam, sugar, and the table I've cleaned myself. The towels have not changed ever, any day and less sheets. We spent 5 nights, plus we have booked through your page. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, which leaves much to be desired, the pl

BED BUG ALERT!!woke up after my 1st night with bed bug bites covering my entire body, from the bottoms of my feet to the tips of my fingers. For the next 4 days I couldn't stop itching and just felt irritable the entire time. I told the staff about the problem & they were nice, they moved me to a different room (I had been in "Chile" the 8bed dorm) but I still woke up the next day with new bites. the "free" breakfast is just toast &coffee, the 2ft of water in the pool too dirty to swim in.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel is right near the bus station, which is great for those who want to be able to walk to catch their bus. It is also not too far from the center, so its not really an inconvenience at all. The pool was alright, but it didnt look clean enough for me to want to use it. Also, when we arrived, they gave us a tour and when we got to our room, they were still cleaning it, which was strange. Overall, good value, but not the worlds best hostel.

Breakfast was surprisingly small: just toast and juice. My friend and I stayed in the private room on the patio, which was completely separated from the rest of the rooms that are upstairs. It was peaceful and private, but also a bit odd being apart from the other guests. Our private bathroom was poorly designed, with the shower head between the toilet and sink so the floor was soaked every time we used it. The staff were very nice and helped us find good restaurants and activities.
