Nice hostel. The facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the quiet but well located house...i liked everything. But I think they had a problem that I tried to pay as less as possible. Well, at the end its business...

Many staff members did not speak English which was difficult for me. The room smelled like sweat and cigarettes and was barely large enough for our suitcases. Breakfast was cereal and toast which I, personally, found lacking. They do offer quite a lot of excursions which other people enjoyed. The small room and cleanliness was a turn off for me.

The hostel itself is perfectly fine and has some great aspects. The young man who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and helpful. However, some of the other staff seemed disinterested in helping anyone. We asked the night before for help booking an afternoon wine tour which was completely forgetten leaving us in limbo. Also a bag of clothing was taken from our room during cleaning, hopefully an honest mistake. Cleaning staff was also about to take our alarm clock before we stopped them.

Nice hostel with a pool and very nice staff. A lot of excursions can be booked at the hotel directly. Not far from downtown and very close to bus terminal.

Nice Staff, very freindly. But not all lockers were in good condition. With some it was not possible to lock it with padlocks. Comfortable beds

The standards were ok and according to the price we payed. The reception and the common areas around the living room were a mess. One day the reception lady could not find the key of our room so she started to search everywhere moving all stuff she had around the desk (papers, clothes, advertisements). She finally found it under a lot of papers. This made me think about level of security and management of this place. This was not an isolated accident.

We only stayed one night in this hostel and overall the stay was ok. The twin rooms are very small and the bathrooms are quite dirty. There is a pool in the patio, however this doesn't look very appealing to have a swim... However, in comparism with other hostels, the low price justifies the quality and I would recommend it...
