I really liked this hostel - the room was nice and the shower was good! Breakfast was really great! Its a bit annoying that every time you want to go back inside, you have to wait for someone on the reception to notice you though - the bell seems hit and miss

One note, while I'm well traveled and accustomed to ensuite bathrooms which have shower heads and assume one uses them, this hostel doesn't assume this. When I actually used the shower, I had a wicked slip and fall on that slick tile floor. Had I not been slim, in damned good shape and pretty agile, I might have ended up in hospital. I mentioned this to Wendy who said that "nobody uses the shower in there." Not true. I'm somebody and I used that shower.

Awesome hostel, it is not a party hostel but has enough going on to be really fun and meet some great people. The best staff at any hostel I have been to in South America. The hostel is in a great location, has a good kitchen, is very clean and is right next to the metro so getting around BA is easy. They put on a very good breakfast, scrambled eggs are cooked on the spot fresh for everyone every morning. I highly recommend this hostel.

We visited initially and had an amazing experience with lots of help from the staff. We then returned during the bus strikes in Argentina and the help we received from Wendy was phenomenal. Not to say all other staff members weren't fantastic because they were. Amazing roof top bar that has social activities and bbqs, perfect location, bar, lush rooms, great atmosphere, brilliant breakfast cooked by fanny in the morning, perfect eggs! Our favourite hostel in SA so far. Thanks guys!

Lovely and cozy hostel! It can be easy to meet people if you want, but it's also quiet so you can retreat on your own and rest, which is exactly what I wanted to do by the time I got there. Staff is very nice and helpful. I stayed in the private single room because I was feeling burnt out on dorms, and it was nice and comfortable, and has a TV. Nice central location, and near a metro stop. Also, there were eggs and fresh orange juice for breakfast!

Estoril is a great place to stay. People are really nice, it's centrally located and the staff is helpful. Touristic spots are right around the corner, as well as good restaurants.

Very noisy if you get a room facing the main road. Friendly staff and the roof top is really nice

Initially I stayed for 4 nights, then due to a late arrival from Uruguay I needed to stay another night. When I arrived the second time the hostel had no booking for me even though I'd made the booking in person in the hostel 2 days previous! Luckily the hostel still had free beds, otherwise I'd have been homeless!! While there's nothing I can complain about I didn't enjoy my stay. I cant put my finger on why. The staff weren't friendly and there was no real atmosphere. PCs were fast!

A good and professional hostel but a bit overrated! I stayed there for seven days, it was clean, there was good breakfast with eggs and fresh orange juice, but it often seems empty because it is seperated in two parts and even though it has an amazing roofterace there aren't much people up there.
