Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and in very nice condition, breakfast was really good, and the staff here were super helpful and friendly which really added to my stay here. The one downside is it is a little outside of town centre and the train station. Would definitly stay here again.

Great hostel, has a lot of character and really nice staff. The hostel is 700 years old and amazing to stay in with that much history. Fully recommend. They offer breakfast if you want at an extra cost and really handy to buses and the train station.

This is a 1st class operation.I have to laugh when I think of some of the slum-hostels I've stayed in and the prices they've charged .Sure, it's off the beaten track but all hostels should be this clean and reasonably priced.Just because you're located in A'dam or Paris or Moscow does not justify the high price,poor and filthy facilities.This is THE place to stay if you are visiting western Austria,Bodensee ,Lichtenstein or eastern Switzerland.
