Price is good. Location is a bit far away from town. I had the 8 bed room, it was full. not too much room to store luggages. very quiet neighbourhood, nothing much nearby in terms of entertainment or shopping. no other hostels nearby Breakfast is free but not always guaranteed taking the tram costs 2 euros if you didn't buy the ticket beforehand
Well.. I stayed in many hostels in my life but this one was a bit different. The staff was amazing and helpful but a hostel is not made only with staff, the showers are cleaned at 14 and until 14 of next day it gets really dirty. There are people living in the hostel and in our rooms (at least 15) and they were not friendly at all nor clean neither. For the price you just accept because it was the cheapest hostel i've ever been but many thins to improve i think.
This was a fabulous hostel, in a lovely, peaceful location away from the city centre. The staff made me feel really welcome, and no job was too difficult for them. It was really good of them to let me check in earlier than 12midday too. I really had a lovely stay with them, and would stay again.
We were very impressed with the care that the hostel took to make sure our stay was comfortable. When we arrived late there was someone present to assist us with check in. It might seem that the hostel is a little far from the centre but it really is not too far to walk, especially to the markets. On the contrary the fact that the hostel is not in the old town gives you the chance to see another neighbourhood. Definitely recommend this hostel and the personnel very helpful and welcoming.

A "sleeping factory", that's it. A good place to stay if you are moneyless but if you want to find a real hostel, do not go there. Most of the people are local people. They are nice but live in the hostel, "have their habits" and they get used to live together : not the atmosphere you want to find if you are a solo backpacker ! 10 minutes away from the very center by tram (but do not forget that you have to pay...I spent more money for transport than for the night). Staff is ok.
You can't expect much for 6€/night. 11-bed dorm was big and spacious. The lounge was too small and in the morning it was crowded and not comfortable space to have breakfast. There should be also more showers. Most of the other customers are locals or Russian tourists of all ages so expect lot of weird older people. Location is far from the centre, but it is still walkable distance. However some areas on the way are little sketchy-looking after dark.
