Fleda is a bit far from the city centre if you're planning to go there by foot but it's no more than 5 minutes if you don't mind using trams. But it is the only disadvantage. Staff is excellent and very helpful indeed, showers and toilets are spotlessly clean, beds are perfectly comfortable and there is a pleasant balcony for smokers. There is a club downstairs so sometimes in the evening it can be really noisy, but it seems that they aren't partying all night and you can always use earplugs.

This is a very characteristic hostel in the way the old building is setup. Rooms go to rooms and you are given an old time skeleton key. The staff is very sweet. It's clean but it's old and creaky. I liked it still. It's right next to a club so you can hear it at night. It's on the northside of downtown but Brno is small so it's not problem, just walk or the tram is literally right there out of the front door. I would stay here again.

The staff here were nice and helpful although the facilities aren't great, the bathroom smelled really bad and no one came to clean it while we were there. My mattress had springs poking out, but told reception and they said they would replace it. They are doing renovations at the moment so they will probably be better in the future.

It was nice hostel, good and friendly stuff, from the hostel to city center is around 20 min but this is good :),

Great hostel for cheap price. Very surprised!

Just a fine hostel for a couple of nights. The facilities were not great but they were ok. Be aware that the hostel is located above a bar so it gets vert noisy during the night so er recomend bring your earplugs

Staff was really nice. Especially the blonde night receptionist

The staff were amazing, especially Jana. She was more than willing to help us, often going out of her way. She made the whole experience much easier and would probably stay there again.

The staff here is very nice and very helpful!

Staff was very nice, place is very nice.....summary - WE ARE COMING NEXT YEAR AGAIN FOR SURE! :-) See ya.... bye bye

We received some vouchers that we couldn't use because there was some closed party at the pub. It's a noisy place, for some sensitive people might turn difficult to fall asleep. (4/10)

The hostel was easy to get to. The staff were really helpful after I lost my wallet calling the bus company for me. The kitchen was just a microwave and hot plate. The bathrooms could've used some love.

Staff are very friendly, they can use very good English, helpful also.

A Little Out Of Town, But Walkable Or A quick Tram. The Beds Were Uncomfortable And It Was Loud Til 5Am From The Bar Downstairs. The Staff Was Friendly And It Was Clean.

This place was great. Brno is underrated. Worth making a trip

We had a nightmare booking this hostel. The manager eventually sorted it out, but there were a lot of problems and it took 4 days. We ended up in another hostel that hadn't opened yet, so we were all alone and couldn't meet anyone. There was no cooking facilities in our kitchen and the kettle was unusable from all the calcium buildup. The door handles were all falling off and one of the showers didn't drain. Hopefully, they sort all this out before they actually open.
