It is a nice and cosy hostel with a friendly atmosphere. The location within the city centre is excellent!
It's good location and near to very attractive place...All staff are superb polite and helpful...I would recommend this hostel for everyone ;)
I didn't have a hot shower until my final day, even after telling the staff about the problem! Otherwise hostel is clean, and a great place to meet new people. Free breakfast. Dorm room was a little bit cramped.
Excellent location, great staff and good breakfast. The hostel is very clean and secure, really enjoyed our stay.
Stayed in a lot of hostels but this one was one of the best. Can't fault it at all. Someone cleaning and tidying all the time and the reception girls are so helpful and a lot of help. Do the free walking tour!
Hotel Franz Ferdinand was amazing! Not only the location (in the very city centre), also the rooms (very clean and modern) and the beds (I slept soooo comfortable).
Kitchen was poorly located in a hallway. Not enough enough space for guests at breakfast, breakfast bread was mouldy. No breakfast would be better than paying for a poor offer.
One of the best hostels I have ever stayed. The room was very good, attentive and super friendly staff and the hostel is also very well located. My experience in Sarajevo was even more amazing for choosing this place, highly recommend it!
Very good hostel. Couldn't recommend another one.
It was great and near to anything. Highly recommend
It is a perfect located hostel! The rooms do look a lot more spacious on the pictures. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and it was really difficult to move in there because people had the things on the floor next to the bed. All in all a good location for exploring Sarajevo and surroundings and to meet cool people who are up for a beer and some fun!
Great hostel. Great atmosphere. Free tea, which we all drank. Loved my stay here, one of my favourite hostels in Europe.
Great Hostel. Very clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere for meeting people.
Great location and friendly staff. Stayed only two nights but had no issues. The front desk called a taxi for me to get me to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. Would stay there again if I ever came back to Sarajevo.
Such a great hostel! Modern and clean and also homely, great location! Super comfy beds!! Only problem is small kitchen which gets busy during rush hour at breakfast ;)
Good location, staff helpful, very clean, good bed, good kitchen. Stay here
Franz Ferdinand was absolutely amazing, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Sadat was so helpful with any queries and asking about things to do in Sarajevo, and was also good to just go and chat to about anything! The hostel is right next to the main street and has everything you need inside! I would recommend the Siege Tour that the hostel does everyday as it was really interesting and we got to see and hear a lot about Sarajevo in the nineties.

Never given 100% before, only flaw is that the directions aren't particularly clear. The tram station isn't right next to the bus station, to get to it you have to walk through the university and use the tram station furthest from the uni. Cathedral is the 10th-ish stop and the cathedral is in the other side of the road. Cross the road and walk backwards in the direction the tram came from. You'll find the hostel in the first street/alleyway on the right. The tram will cost around 1.80 BM :)
Best hostel, best staf f!! I highly recommand Franz Ferdinnand
