I spent 3 nights in frat house. The first one was very nice but the second.... It was just a real mess. Managers made a lot of noise with some host. A lot of music, alcohol.... I didn't sleep of the night. Furthermore, a guys spent the night vomoiting in the dormitory, someone stole us food in the fridge.... So we payed to not sleep and to be disturbing. I didn't advice this hostel.

The facilities were basic but not bad, bathrooms and beds were clean etc. However, the running of the hostel itself is disorganised, with staff seeming to be unsure of bookings, what beds need to be changed etc.

The place is not good at all! The wifi works, you have the bed and the shower, so if you need to spend just one night not spending a lot of money it's ok. If you can go to another one! It's not a hostel.

Staff were lovely and it was good for the party atmosphere. The beds and mattresses were pretty poor however. The bed was 6"5, in the middle of the room without any sides to stop you falling out. There wasn't a ladder either and the mattress fell through.

Ok hostel, with some big structure probelms, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Fair price and location though.

We arrived and they had overbooked - after waiting for 2 hours we got put in some random apartment with random people without a key for our own room. The girl who showed us to the apartment didn't even own it, let alone know what was going on. Bit of a shambles really!

We had some problem finding the place, even though it actually is pretty central. Many people didn't know the street name, so be sure to have the directions with you, 'cause I didn't. The guys working there was really friendly and helpful.

Ended up cancelled my booking in the end. The cancellation process was smooth however.

Stayed here for one night. There's no atmosphere. they didn't give us room keys and the sheets were really weird. Clean but weird. The beds were so so uncomfortable! But some of the staff were really nice especially when we had two emergencies. I wouldn't recommend it but it's not the quest place.

When I got to the hostel (11 am) the reception was closed as the only employee was still sleeping i n a room near by. The rooms are cleam, the beds new and they have air conditioning (essential), but you cannot lock the doors as they dont provide spare keys. The guy in charge looked like he hated his job and didn't want to help a lot. The place is really small (4 rooms), but they don't have a nice atmosphere (they dont try to make the guests socialize). Really average, would look for smthg else.

Abysmal - they had overbooked when we turned up, and only after a lot of cajoling did the staff find us an apartment to crash, seemingly seemingly already inhabited by an old Croatian woman who didn't speak English but expected us to check out earlier than the agreed time of 10am. Also no hot water, no Wi-Fi, pretty sure the staff have no idea what they're doing.

Although the hostel was in acceptable conditions (the beds were nice and the linen as well), the location was awful and unsafe. The kitchen was too small but the bathrooms were clean.

Hostel is great. It has everything you expect from this kind of accomodation. Staff were very helpful, and they've even picked us us up on the airport and they showed us great local place to eat fish for cheap. Hostel is not far from city center, maybe 6 minutes to walk. Recomended!

Not great. The staff are never there. Okay if you're not in the hostel much and don't mind a LOT of smoke.

The Hostel is great for the student type traveler. The staff were really friendly and even took us out for a night! Everyone came together as a big family and I and my friend had a great time, making great friends as we went!

We arrived at 5pm, and our room/beds were not ready yet. There was only one key to the room, so everyone could come and go as they pleased. The reception guy told us that it was still safe, as he would be there all night... Well, we came home in the middle of the night, the door was open and there was no one in the reception.... Cheap, not too far away from old town(5minutes maybe), ok beds, but I would not stay there again. But it works as a last resort if everything else is booked...

Owner Comment (Hide)
Dear Anonymous, Norway, All Male Group, 18-24, Your arrival was scheduled for 8 p.m. in our booking, not for 5 p.m. We made Your bed by 5,30 p.m. The reception guy was there all night, and the dors were closed, not open...maybe You came at the moment he was on toalet or something. Also, every guest gets his own key for the front door. Hope everything else was OK for You,and we will try to make it even safer and better now on. We appreciate Your comment. All the best! Frat house staff!
