Nice place, a little dreary for my taste, however the breakfast is incredible and the staff is more helpful than any I have ever met. Currently the place is being remodeled so the dust and noise are annoying, but once the work is done and the pool is complete, I think the patio will be unbeatable.Nice place, a little dreary for my taste, however the breakfast is incredible and the staff is more helpful than any I have ever met. the hostel is under construction, but that does not matter at all. Upon arrival you are welcomed by the 2 fantastic dogs Sparta and Zulu. Paolo (the owner) is great, very open and helps you by passing on tips and advise to get the most out of your trip!

Nice hostel in teh middle of the historic district so a good starting point to see the sights of Salvador. Also prett handy for the tuesday night street party. The hostel was undergoing a few renovations when we were there but the owners made us fully aware of these so it wasn´t a problem. Rooms are a good size and have their own bathrooms and are cleaned everyday.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever been! Excellent staff, location and breakfast! It is also a nice place to meet other people! Charming hostel in Salvador. Paulo and the girls are great hosts. The breakfast is lovely and the scrambled eggs are a nice addition. Charismatic chill out room and nice courtyard. Loved this hostel, really make you feel at home. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is great, chillout room is cool, location very central, the whole place is very clean and it was the first place we found with hot showers in Brazil! The staff recommend good places to go every night and give directions! Would definitely reccommend it and would go back again.Loved this hostel, really make you feel at home. Had a great time staying here.... Staff were helpful and friendly... breakfast till 12 was fantastic bonus... also in an area which lacked a supermarket the hostel sold drinks and snacks at good price... the two dogs were a lot of funHad a great time staying here.... Loved the BIG dogs, great breakfast til 12, great location in Pelo, Paulo recommended alot for us to do and see, great showers with hot water.
