I do not like to leave my key at reception because anyone could have come and asked for the key to the room. The bathrooms were not in a good condition. They were dirty and the female's shower was broken for my entire stay of three days. The kitchen facilities were terrible and I generally got the impression that the place was not well looked after.
You can walk into the main bit of town from here, but it will take about 30 mins, so to get about the metro is your best bet. All three showers were broken in some way. The rooms were boiling and the ceiling fan didn't do much but one of the staff were really nice and helpful, and it had a working kitchen which saved you abit of money.
It was OKAY...very, very HOT and humid, couldn't breathe inside the room and didn't sleep well because of that. A little bit old, dirty too (esp. the showers!!). But the staff were very nice and showed me some things to visit in Milan, with a free map. They were easily accessible, always ready to help you. If the place would be cleaner and less hot, it would be a good place to go again :)
The girls' shower was broken during our staying for two days.

Bathrooms were dirty and one was out of toilet paper. Showers had issues with water pressure and the heads were worn out(water spraying everywhere). Extremely hot in hostel, and in general not much atmosphere. If you need somewhere to sleep, go for it.
No air conditioning. Very stuffy and unbearable to hang out in the hostel and the rooms. Try to not stay here during the summer. Also mosquitoes everywhere. Pretty far from the city center and not that close to metro but manageable. Wifi was average. Sometimes it worked sometimes didnt
i was in Milan 2 times, but the hostel location is close to shopping centers ,central station and the price is cheap.
i stayed here for a night only, but reasonably priced, good staff, not too far from center, so good overall!
Average price-value ratio. The facade is a little bit repelling, but the inside of the hotel is much better. Well-guarded entrance. Room was clean, but the common bathroom was way too small and also in a bad shape. Well-equipped kitchen. One of the staff members was a little bit hyperactive (lecturing us how to cook pasta:), but only with good intentions. Nice big balcony, but could be better utilized (more furniture, plants).
The guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The atmosphere in the place is okay. I dont really recommend this place unless you dont have anywhere else to go.. The place isnt dirty but its just the guy on the front desk .
It was kinda far from the main stuff, but you could get there by metro so no big deal. I got really lost getting there the first time but I guess that's more my fault. The staff guy that spoke portugese was so friendly and helpful. They smoke indoors :(
I don't want to stay this hostel again because the old staff who working at night was rude. He wasn't friendly and spoke Italian to me. How is he expect to speak Italian for traveler?? When I asked about Milan, he din't answer kindly..little annoying. and my room was stinky when I arrived and I have to laundry shop for washing cloth because there are no washing machine. This is one of worst hostel I ever stayed before. I'm not recommend you to stay there
