This hostel has no default everything was great. It's clean, good staff, good location, ... If all hostel can be a least like ... However even if it's a really good hostel it is not perfect. It miss something, I don't know what and I don't know how to explain. It's just that you don't feel "at home" as some other hostel or you don't feel at the best hostel. Great but not perfect.

The location is great, the staff was always friendly and very helpful. The hostel was definitely clean. This was the first hostel I had stayed at that didn't have a bathroom connected to each room so that was a little weird but it worked fine. Also I had planned on eating the included breakfast but it was just insta coffee and bread so it wasn't that great. But I would still definitely recommend the hostel and I would stay there again!

good basic hostel, breakfast included, a walk away from the main square. there's a bar in the hostel, giving it potential, unfortunately when we were staying there the hostel was pretty dead, at no fault of the hostel or staff, we just never had the opportunity to see it more lively. otherwise everything was great

I was extremely impressed with this hostel. We had a double room for the equivalent of just €15 a night, and I wasn't expecting much, but what we got instead was more like a hotel than a hostel. Added to that were respectable cooking facilities, free use of internet and a bar with a free shot - all within a 15 minute walk of the old town. Highly recommended.

Hostel Giraffe was a pleasant place to stay. We only stayed for one night but the staff were allfriendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. If we stayed in Krakow longer, it would be with Hostel Giraffe.

A perfectly located Hostel about 5 minutes from Barbakan and the Florian's Gate. It's a perfect location for a trip to Krakow you can access the main points of the City without a long commute. IT is a very clean and friendly place. The staff is really helpful and you can meet a variety of people from all over the world there. We would definitely recommend Hostel Girtaffe to anybody coming to Krakow.

We spent two nights in a private room. Our room was very noisy, the walls amplify every single sound, could hear if someone puts a fork on the table in the kitchen. With the bar full on drunk people we couldn’t rest at all, it was like we are sleeping inside the bar. The hostel has its own bar which accepts people from the street. The hostel has only two toilets which are usually used by the bar’s guests. Got shocked when my boyfriend heared that one drunk guest is pissing in one of the showers

It is not clear when making a booking about the check-in time, because there is a drop-down box, from which you can choose at which time you are arriving. I chose the time 11:00, but the check in time was 12:00. Al least I had to wait until the room is cleaned and prepared only one hour, but this is confusing.

Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great price. I would gladly recommend this place to any of my friends. If you don't like this place then you just don't like hostels.

Location was not bad. I found the dorm room and bathrooms quiet messy and very unhygienic. The staff were not very friendly (but one girl) and one of the male staff members in particular was quiet rude just in general about any questions that where asked.

The hostel was a great place! Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and told me lots of information about the hostel and what there is to do in Krakow. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds were great! I loved the giraffe theme! Every staff member I met was lovely and very helpful! The receptionist, Kinga was especially nice! For me it was the perfect price and location.
