Excessive noise all night (Thu) from bar goers entering the hostel area, talking and banging dishes in the kitchen. Complained twice to reception. Lack of security - bar goers entered the room next to us and were talking until 4am. Anyone can basically enter the hostel area. Only 3 toilets to service the hostel and the bar. Bar was nowhere near as good as local bars in the area which were cheaper and better atmosphere. Cheaper to stay in a hotel for double room. We left early and booked at Ibis.

Be good to yourself and NEVER EVER stay at this place. I've been travelling a lot and staying in many hostels but anywhere is so bad as this one. First, I was alone in my shared room (the only guest sharing it with me was in Auschwitz) and after lock my room and go to the toilet for 5 minutes ALL MY MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM MY BAG. At night, they rent the place for parties and the music is lowd and 4am in the morning. Plus, they charge you an extra fee just to book your visit to Auschwitz. TERRIBLE

23:00 to 07:00 were meant to be "quiet hours" but were the exact opposite, despite several complaints to the administrator our sleep was heavily broken and we left after the first night.

People do make noise at midnight which is totally unexpected. You must not allow young travelers to behave like kids (shouting) at midnight.

when it comes to hostels in Krakow, this is a undiscovered gem; friendly staff, not over crowded and splendid location (neighboring polish restaurant was also definitely worth the try).

super friendly and easy going staff, very good location, close to the train station and close to the city centre. Really nice people!

Very friendly staff in a nice and clean hostel. Rarely saw such clean showers in a hostel before! The bedroom was nice, but the walls are very thin. Thus, even though the hostel wasn't noisy, one could hear every door, every chat etc. The breakfast was rather poor (do-it-yourself with bread, jam, and some cereals). But due to the central but rather calm location, the nice and clean facilities, and the helpful staff, I'd still recommend this hostel.

Fab hostel!!

Good hostel, good proximity to the train station and old town! Staff very helpful. Bar was cool, free to use pool table made evenings in fun. They let us play our own music as well! Breakfast is basic but sure, it's free. Toilets are a let down. Only one functioning male toilet for EVERYONE and it's in reception (bit awkward). But plenty of showers. Good overall, would go back :)

This hostel was great, really good location close to the main town. Staff were super friendly and helpfull, facilities were good. Only down side... It was quiet when we got there... We chose it because there was a bar.... But an empty bar offers no atmosphere or fun. Maybe a quiet week? Still a good stay... We found the atmosphere and fun in the town!

One of the best hostels we have been! The room was very clean and cozy. Mattresses were comfortable and the blankets and sheets were nice. They also gave us towels. Toilets, showers and kitchen were very clean! The staff was really nice and helpful, gave some precious advices and managed some trips. The welcome shot of vodka is also a nice touch. Breakfast included milk, cereals, bread, jam... An you can eat as much as you like. They can also do the laundry for you!

they didn't lie - really "best amazing staff")))
