Very well located in the city center. The room was new, and all room facilities were very nice and clean. The only drawback is not having a permanent reception.

The check-in process at a totally different place is a bit inconvenient, but the hostel couldn't have a better location and is still among the cheapest.

Great stay in very international atmosphere, right next to Grand Place with excellent cooking facilities and supermarkets around so all in all best opportunity for a very affordable stay!

I just didn't like the fact I needed to pick the key in another place, far away from the building.

At least the comunal area has acces 24hs (well. its directly behind the entry and not lockable...), not like in the sister hostel 2go4 quality. But nearly nobody seems to hang around in this windowsless room, so not much atmosphere. Dorms and bathroom new, dorm good. Nice new kitchen (closed at 11pm), but as well without windows. Hallways still in construction. Very nice location. Wanted to check inn 1pm (as announced in my hw- booking), had to wait till 4 pm in the street (as 2go4 closed) :-(

It was really clean and cozy. The biggest advantage is location which is near gran place in 1 minutes by walk. However, check-in system and no-luggage room(you have to go to 2go4 hostel) was inconvenient. But location was really excellent!

Good location and really friendly staff. Lockers don't lock however and it's slightly annoying having to check in at a place that is a 10 minute walk away. But the helpful staff make up for this so definitely worth a stay.

I spent 4 nights at the Grand Place Hostel and lovedit. The location is ideal and seriously crawling distance from Delirium Village. The staff is super friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It is still under construction, no visually appealing in some areas but in reality if you spend that much time inside the hotel/hostal/B&B etc you should not be traveling at all. The kitchen is well equipped. Need to work on the lockers thou, it can be open easily even with a lock.

Owner Comment (Show)
Please bring a padlock that is big enough, the small ones that are used for little backpacks and suitcases will not do the job, otherwise we also sell big padlocks at the reasonable price of 4 Euro.

Would be better if breakfast was part of the package! The reception area chairs could be a little more convenient!

The hostel was a little sketchy, primarily because it was going through construction. The rooms themselves were the same as any other regular hostel, however having to go to another hostel to pick up keys was not ideal. Location was right off the Grand Place which was absolutely awesome though, but overall this wasn't a hostel that I was in love with or would like to go back to.

My stay was good, overall. I found a used condom on one of the wooden beams in the ceiling. I wasn't really bothered by it but other might be so you may wanna double check this place when cleaning the room.

Nice, clean dorms and the Grand Place is literally right next door - can't complain about the hostel at all really. However, it needs to be a bit clearer that check-in is done a good 15-minute walk away.

I did not like: - the electro music at commom room (with the sign "don't touch") - such an old place, no reception, very tight room and 23 euros/ night... is it "keeping the cost low" as they say? - to walk untill 2go4 to check in I liked: - very good bathroom - good beds - good lockers

the fact that there is no reception there is pretty poor since you cannot control the heating in the rooms and several times I woke up covered in sweat. Same complaint from everyone else in my dorm. Location is amazing, but the hostel that you have to check in to is not too far a walk and is a lot better overall. I also saw a couple of rats one morning, which was nice, but no receptionist to complain to. The free hot drinks were normally cold until around 8 30- 9ish. Stay at 2go4.

Owner Comment (Show)
the heating is centrally controlled, if you are in a dorm room, you can not always do well for everybody, some people are cold, other people are warm, however we do not accept false accusations, are hostel is brand new, so there are no rats, regards, Staff

This hostel was so clean, not to mention I stayed in a 6 person room and there was a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and blow dryer... Which was awesome. You need to bring your own locks for the locker but they're pretty big - we fit 3 backpacks in 1. It was annoying to have to check in at a hostel that was 14 minutes away but you get to see more of the city so it's whatever. I loved this hostel. Perfect location

I really loved staying this hostel. I was a bit hard to meet other guests since there wasn't social area but the location is great right next to the grand place and room was so clean and new! Even this place suits for family group. You just need to check in at different hostel but if you are coming from North station it's on the way to the city center.

It is located in the center of the city, the only problem is that currently the hostel is under renovations and the reception is located 7 min walking distance away. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. You must arrive before 1pm and after 4 pm in order to check in.
