The name advertised on the website is different to the actual physical name. Made it very difficult to find. The actual room was a number of km from the reception. Was given wrong directions and took two hours to find. Ended up with a double instead or a twin room as requested. Location,excellent. Accommodations OK; a place to sleep. Check in very inconvenient as most everyone else has said. Got there about 11:30; couldn't check until 4:00. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the check-in location. Took a tour; went out to eat; walked around a bit. By then we were ready to relax but it still wasn't 4:00. Check out was at 11:00; went out in the morning to do some shopping; got back at 10:20; we were already locked out. Card deactivated. Staff was friendly.Location,excellent. the best hostel weve stayed in. right in Grand Place, pub next door. easy walk to everything. The room was amazing, we had a huge room with a big tv, two big beds, big ensuite with a bath. the room was spacious, clean and really nice. free internet! stay here if you are going to brussels!the best hostel weve stayed in. right in Grand Place, pub next door. easy walk to everything. Great place to stay. Only inconvenience was checking in elsewhere but it was definitely worth it. Walking out the door, the Grand Place is right there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed, pillows, everything was great. They even provided towels which was great as my friend and I had left them at home. Definitely stay here!Great place to stay. I thought this hostel was amazing. Our room was awesome with vaulted ceilings and dark wood beams jutting from the ceiling. It definitely depends on your idea of a nice place to stay, but it had a lot of character and a great location. The other Hostel where we had to check in was cheap looking with tacky ikea furniture and art. Room #42 is the best, see if you can get it....I thought this hostel was amazing. We vere very satisfied with the location.The Beds where SUPER GOOD and the towels also very good. But the cleaning was to bad.It was very mutch dust in our room.
