Free wi-fi is initial these days and I don't see any reason not to have it. The pc that there's in the common room it's ancient. Need to be removed.

In the midst of a renovation, which meant that our bathroom was very nice (rain shower, automatic lights), but there were exposed wires and missing drywall in the room itself, and a pile of sandbags blocked the broken elevator door on our floor. Additionally, one has to check in at a hostel that is across town, and there is no staff at the Grand Place location. Lockers in the room were spacious.

The location is perfect, the rest is normal. The main diadvantage is that you have to take the key in another location, but the staff there was very kind and they give us very useful maps to visit Brussels and other Belgium towns.

This is my second time staying here, and it is only for the location - you can't beat it. It is 30 seconds from Grand Place. The rooms themselves are nice too. There are good bathrooms/showers. However, there is no breakfast, only crappy coffee and tea. The check-in is late (at 4) and in a different location than the hostel. Both times I've been, it's been a pain.

The hostel did not informed us that we had to go to another hostel ( 20 min walking) to do the check-in. This is also only possible after 16:00. The localization, structure and cliness of the rooms are amazing!

Long walk from reception, but it was centrally located, relatively easy to find, and clean. Wifi is accessible in the other hostel (where you check in), and it's pretty inconvenient to walk between the two.

The security at this hotel is ridiculously bad! DON'T STAY HERE! There is no staff at the front desk because there is no front desk! You have to check in up the road, a 15 min walk in the rain! My $200 leather boots got stolen from my room during my stay and the staff at the other hostel up the road where check in was did nothing about it! There are no staff at hostel Grand Place because it is still under construction. During my stay workmen came into my room on 2 occasions without knocking!

Excellent location although it would be very useful to have a bar at the hostel to help with socialising. A lack of staff at the hostel is also a drawback. Otherwise I was impressed.

It seems like a fairly new place that is still under construction as of right now. The location is amazing so when the renovation process is done it may be a great hostel. Right now it is still under construction though so there wasn't much staff around and the walk from the check in spot (which is in another building) was a doozy.

Amazing position, the cleanest rooms and bathrooms I've ever seen. I didn't mind the walk to get there but maybe they should make it slightly more clear. Overall a very pleasant stay.
