Staff was very friendly, and nearly always around should we have needed any questions answered. We were very comfortable, and the location was great! The only issue was that the walls were rather thin, so we could hear people in the bathroom and other rooms near to ours. Otherwise, it was quiet.

I thought that we had booked a three bed private room, but we ended up with a full on apartment!!!! We had a kitchen, a sitting room and a very nice bathroom! It was an absolute steal for the price!!!! The only problem was that we had to ask for several things like towels and a roll of tp. The staff were happy to give them to us, but sometimes could be a bit difficult to find.

The hostel was in a very good location--easy walking distance to the duomo and other sites around Florence. However, with this good location within the city also meant that the streets were really loud at night and with the vehicles in the morning. Other than the noise outside it was fine.

This hostel is excellent for travelers who are accustomed to the relative quiet, security, and comfort of a hotel, because essentially, this is what this hostel is. There are not a lot of chances to meet other travelers, but the stay was quite comfortable and the staff relatively friendly.

One of the coolest places you will stay , the location is great (in the hearth of everything) ,the host as well especially Adriana to give explanation about Florence , and the facilities wifi free living room as well. My room was extremely comfortable clean and nicely decorated. Definitely recommend!

Basic accommodation in a great location, clean and the staff were friendly. Down side is the bathroom, only one between the 3 rooms and each room has between 2 - 5 guests. Other issue is the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything.

Good Hostel conveniently located close to the river and central. Didn't like having to walk through reception to get to the bathroom. Room was very noisy from people in street all through the night which woke me up 3-4 times a night up to about 2am, and then about 6am noisy street cleaning and 7am market sellers moving about with their barrows to get set up for the day, and so I didn't get enough sleep. Only take a back room.

We thought the staff was very nice and the location was excellent. The things we didn't enjoy were the stains on the bed covering and that the room smelled.

Good hostel with idea location. But the problems are the heating system does not work, so we were deeply cold at night, Internet connection is not free.

Biggest positive about Hostel Greci was the central location to almost all my \"must-see\" sites.. But it was my first experience staying at a hostel, and now having stayed in other hostels around Italy, I would not recommend it to people new to staying at hostels. The staff was friendly, but at times, it was difficult to get in contact with them for help or questions. Very basic & average rooms/amenities. You really just stay for the location..

Great location in the center of Florence! So close to everything! Clean, cozy, quiet, and a good value. Only drawback was that the bathroom is shared and it is just one room with one shower and toilet, but I think there were only three of four rooms.
