Terrible facilities in one of the worst areas of Milan...Beware of the pictures, as they don\'t show the real hostel, but the hotel Greco...I recommend you either find another hostel, or stay at their hotel, it\'s a little safer... Don\'t even think about staying at the hostel alone, especially if you\'re a girl

Unclean bathrooms, always out of toilet paper, toilets actually leaked water all ovet the floor, the building itself was in disrepair, the staff was unhelpful and clueless. They also charged me the deposit and the service charge twice, first on my credit card and also when I paid for the room in cash; many of the other guests in other rooms were really loud and the staff didn't want to do anything about it. I could hardly sleep there at all.

The location of the hostel was pretty far away from the center but you have tramvias next to the hostel that take you to the center. The staff was very rude and they didn't speak english at all. The rooms and the bathroms were not clean at all. The other guests were very nice

This place is located in the ghetto of Milan. Our room wasn\'t even in the same building...we were taken across the street and down an alley by a very unfriendly person. The wi-fi was \"out of order\". The sheets on the beds had stains. We didn\'t feel safe at all. Worst hostel I\'ve ever been to.

they forgot our reservation, so after waiting at the reception for one hour, we had to share a 80cm wide bed; there were no pillow covers, no glass in the window of the bathroom and the place was pretty dirty, too.... up to you

The price for the room and the bathroom was too much. The bathroom was beneath contemp. Everything was polluted. It wasn't a pleasure to take a shower. In the future i won't book the Hostel/ Hotel Greco again.

It was the worst hostel I have been: dirty bathroom with 1 toilet for 20 people, first day we got a lock on the bathroom, 2de day showercurtain, had to wait 1 hour before I could check-in, during the night constantly checking of how many empty beds there were, so they could be filled, no heating, no working wifi/internet. the only thing good was the breakfast and the fact that I had a bed. I paided 65 euro a night, while another paid 28 for the same bed. Absolutely no value for money.

The hostel is located in the greco quarter , which is not the worst, but consists mainly of offices. It's about 3.5 km to milano centrale and 1.5km to milano greco pirerelli train station. There are direct trains to como, lecco and piacenza from milano greco pirelli. The hostel itself consists of serval buildings, they just adding new and renovated rooms in street number 20. The staff was very unorganized, they moved my things to another room without asking me and the breakfat was not included.

the parking is too small to park a car like a sudan, but you can park your car in the street as long as you find a place.

really Bad hostel,No kitchen, there was often neither hot water nor power(!!!!) and the Staff was unfriendly as hell.we were treated as beggars,Not like guests and we were e ven asked to leave When we complained about the water/power problem. you also have to pay 2,40 extra per night (doesnt Said so on hostelworld.com).there are as well to many beds in each Room and the staff is running through the room all the time. I so have some experience with hostels, nur This was the worst stay I Ever had.

This hostel had no hot water the first morning I was there, then no electricity or bathroom light or anything the following morning. Whenever we notified the staff, they dismissed us with a promise that the technician would arrive soon. Also didnt like the fact that we werent given our own keys and that the last one out simply gave it to reception- not exactly secure. When I arrived, I was made to change rooms within 15 minutes as the receptionist had made a mistake. No apology from her though.

I was happy, that this hostel had some overbooking problems, and that's why receptionist helped us to move to another hotel. Location of hostel is terrible.

this might be the worst hostel I have ever booked,in fact when I finally found the hostel the staff told me that the room was not available any more, and he told me to find another hostel which is really far away from it.I'm just a visitor who cannot speak Italian at all,so finally I didn't find the other hostel and I have to look for hotel the rest of the day! With no notice before my arrival, they just canceled my reservation, this is really really horrible!
