Everything was clean and the building was very central and felt very safe. People were very sociable and breakfast was amazing. The common rooms were really nice to chill in and the bedroom had plenty of fans and storage. The bathrooms were kept really clean as well. No complaints

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. It could be cleaner sometimes. But I love how central it is.

First of all, the staff was VERY helpful and kind. Unfortunately, Hostel Hospedarte is in need of serious maintenance. We saw a cleaning person only once in our four days. The bathroom and showers were dirty and the faucets broken. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The mattresses and sofas all need to be replaced - the sofas are sagged and mattress springs poked me. !!!Bed Bug Alert!!! 🚨 Our last two days we found red bites on our ankles and arms! I hope they fix things…

Hostelworld says

If you\'re looking to make some new friends, this is the place. Decked out with a funky kitchen and a huge common room, you\'re guaranteed to find some sociable travellers to hang out with. Once you\'ve met your new buddies, most of the main attractions in Guadalajara are within a 5 minute walk from the hostel, so there\'ll be plenty for you to do. The Instituto Cultural Cabanas and the Expiatory Temple are both close by, and the hostel staff will be happy to help you arrange anything that that involves venturing outside of the city.
