When we arrived at the hostel, they didn't even know that I had a reservation from hostelworld. They didn't know how many people stay in the hostel and wich beds where occupied. Also there are only 2 shower/toilets in the hostel, so be prepared to wait a while in the morning or get up early. The beds are loud if you move in them. No maps or tips from the staff. The location is really great, for the price you pay you get a decent hostel, a small store is just on the other side of the alley.

There were no electrical outlets in our room, we had to charge our phones in the common area which is always packed with people all the time. We couldn't get internet connection in our room too and the lights were dim, so, it got really really dark at night. In addition, there's no fan or air-conditioning in our room. It was also very very noisy at night that I couldn't sleep at all. None of the staff could speak english; we used google translator to communicate.
