Staff were rude. Obsessed with telling you to clean. Wifi was not good and bag security wasn't good . Had a good experience still due to others staying in the hostel. Would not recommend due to the aggression of staff. But lived lake bled.

The worst hostel we have ever stayed at. The staff were rude, the facilities were disgusting, the rooms were tiny, the location was further away than advertised AND they advertised they had WI-FI but they didn't. We had no internet during our entire stay making planning for our next stop and contacting home very difficult. The staff were extremely rude and even a little weird. They shouldn't be advertising Internet and great location because they have neither.

Out of town! The location was not ideal. Beds were flimsy. Bedding needed replacing. Staff were freindly though and the atmosphere was alright. You are atuck out of town and it's a fair walk to the supermarket or to places to eat something. Wouldn't probably consider coming back as there are many many choices in more ideal locarions for a cheaper price and with better beds and facilities.

No wifi. Wasn't shown around, only by luck found the games room, bar, and shagging matress downstairs. A bit of a hike out of town, but a pleasant hike.

Pros- picked us up from train station very early in the morning and allowed us to check in and use room well before the standard check in time Con- locks on doors hard to use and there's no one at reception, owners just pop in and out Note- not really a hostel- it's a house that is used as a hostel

Staff seemed pre-occupied and only interested in getting your passport and money. My 5 bed dorm room had one plug socket located over one of the beds making it virtually inaccessible to anybody else. An extension should be provided to give everyone a fair chance. Was told the WiFi only worked in the garden, the kitchen had a repeater station, presume the WiFi was fed from a nearby property in any case i and others couldn't connect, staff not interested. Avoid if other option available.

Nice hostel which is more guesthouse style as only a few rooms, also only saw one lady running the place who was friendly enough but didn't speak much English, a little far out of the town but only a 15 minute walk and 10min drive to the train station. We didn't have a lock on our room door but there were lockers in the room so we could keep our valuables safe. Rooms and facilities all good, however there was no AC and in the middle of July this made for a pretty sleepless night!

Staff were rude and not very secure - no lockers

The hostel is a small house, 15 minutes walking from the center of Bled. They rent bicycles that is a good advise for people that want to see everything in a short period of time. The staff are nice and always helpful. For young people is a nice place to stay because is always full of travelers

Should have more then one key per room and staff should not be so rude to their guests, also wifi was only accessible from a small patch at the side of the house. Lockers in the bedroom had broken keys stuck in them and so were unusable.

When I first got to the hostel at 1pm in the afternoon there wasn't anyone inside the actual hostel so I rang an intercom and the staff answered coming to the actual hostel 5 minutes later.. This wasn't good enough I think there should be someone on reception 24 hours but at least someone should be there when it's check in time. The wifi is terrible and is only receivable in one part of the garden. The hostel doesn't give you a key for the room at all so you just have to leave your door unlocked

Run by 1 lady and 1 man from what I could tell and they were both very nice and helpful. Short walk from the lake & town. Has an amazing basement set up but the place was completely dead! Only me and my mate there. Saw a few small cockroaches about the place as well but it seemed clean

Could do with slightly better directions to the hostel. Other than that it's difficult to fault

The staff running this hostel messed up our booking and the private room we ordered was not given to us even though we had paid for it. In return we had to sleep in a horrible smelling room on bunk beds. We didn't recieve a single apology and were treated like we were in the wrong. I would never stay there again.

5 min walk from centre. Clean enough, although the showers constantly ran cold. Our room had a balcony which was great. Would recommend.

Our passports were taken on arrival, and when checking out they were not given back. The woman then left the hostel. We had a train that evening and we could not leave without our passports, a phone was available to ring owners if desk was unattended, but it was broken. We missed our train, and got no apology. The woman then charged us transportation to catch another train she told us would get us to our next destination, but turned out it didn't, when we rang her she hung up on us. Bad service!

Friendly hostel. You feel like home. Nice staff and relaxed atmosphere!

The owner was very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Nice and peaceful, set away from the centre of Bled town by a 15 minute walk. Ideal.

HI, many thanks, have a nice time,Cvetka

I stayed in Hacienda for a week. It's cosy atmosphere, peaceful location and lovely garden made me feel like home and after small roadtrip in Slovenia I came back to Bled and Hacienda as they were the best places to be. Haciendas staff, Cvetka and Sandi, are amazing and have allways smile on their face. They are willing to help their guests and they have discounted rates for activities around Bled. Hope to see you again! Miss you allready.

This is a great place to stay and would definantly come back if I had a chance. Staff are brilliant and house is lovely on the edge of farm area plus they will pick you up and drop you off from the bus/train. Bled is a great place to do excursions from aswell. In the heat of summer this place will be amazing, nice drinking area to hang out after a big day of adventure :)
