You should told them if you will be late or absent 48hours before, or you ll pay for the day even you didn't live for. The attitude of the madame in the acceuil is too mean. Or you pay for the day that you didn't live in, or byebye!!!

Great place in front of the river. which you can also rent a boat !!! In a quiet area, just 15minutes to the heart of city center through some nice neighborhood... However not much to do at night around the area...but quite happy to chill in the common kitchen room. try to get the top floor rooms if your coming with a group of 6-7ppl !!!

The hostel is well located - just 10 min walk to the centre and very quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful! It coult be cleaner! But it is definitely worth the money!! Would stay there again.

I sent an email before we coming to them and hoped them waiting for us till 9:30 p.m. They're nice and wait for us that evening. Thanks! The room and beds are clean and it's not that far to the castle.
