As said in previous reviews, if you get a room on the third floor, watch your head. Other than that it was nice accommodation for the money. During our stay the wi fi was not working properly, I don't know if this is an ongoing thing or just our bad luck but if you are depending on wifi in your room you may want to check with them first.

Its a very good place to stay Sarajevo, because its in a nice part of town! The hostel, if thats what you want to call it is more like a hotel really! Very good value for money, nice clean rooms and comfortable beds! Not a lively place, but not bad at all!

This is not a hostel but is excellent value for money! We got a hotel style room with private ensuite and cable TV for the price of a hostel. Very central to old town and clean rooms. Reception staff were all extremely rude and unhelpful but apart from that this hotel was great.

This is a hotel with hostel rooms on the top floor. Very clean and nice to stay in. Good value for money but the staff were very rude and very unhelpful.

One member of staff knew what she was doing. Others seemed like they were doing someone a favour by filling in for the day. Did let us into our rooms at 8am though. If you get a 3rd flr room and you are more than 3ft tall ask for a change. Had to sit down to take a shower and the position of the toilets in the hotel literally and figuratively take the wee out of you.

We enjoyed staying here very much. It seems the top rooms have been converted into hostel rooms, there was quite a slant on our roof, not heaps of space to stand upright. But it was so cosy, comfortable and great value that this wasn't a problem. And, you have the beneits of a 24 hr hotel front desk which was a bonus.
