Very nice Hostel in the central of Sarajevo. Nothing to complain. Stayed two nights, traveled around Bosnia and came back to this hostel because of the kind staff! Got Rakija en masse, many tips for Sarajevo and had a lot of fun! Will come back next year.

I enjoyed my stay in the Hostel Heart of Sarajevo of Sarajevo a lot. The Staff was very caring and open for personal questions and a chat next to dinner. The rooms were clean and in a friendly colorful design. The Hostel has a nice insde yard, were you can sit between some plants relax and check your mails. The position of the hostel is optimal cause it is located very central. The Hostel has a kitchen, so you can cook on your own.

オーナーさんはとても親しみやすく、親切な方で、 英語が上手で無い私も、楽しく過ごすことができました! ラキヤも飲ませていただきました。 もう一日泊まりたかったです。ありがとうございました!

Excellent location right in the old town (Sarajevo is a really beautiful place) with a lot of nice places to stay or to eat (pubs, fast foods or traditional food) around the hostel. People from hostel are very friendly and helpful. You can feel you there like in the family.

I think its a good hostel, and the girl of the night shift is amazingly cool, but the price its a bit toomuch for sarajevo and considerating that in the same building you have a much better hostel for the same price... Perhaps if it would include breakfast it would be better

The hostel is very central but near loud bars, which may or may not suit you. The linen and pillows need replacing because they are really old and ripped/lumpy. Could do with another bathroom but the kitchen is good. Friendly staff.

The place is great, you're right in the city center but you can still feel and smell the flavour of the countryside just after a summer rain. If you are lucky, you might find some mushroom in the underwood near the towels. Apart from the jokes, offers a good money/value ratio in the center of the city, and the guys at the reception are extremely kind and helpful.

Perfect location, nice staff, but not enough bathrooms (only two for more than 20 people!) and really noisy bedrooms (walls very fines and creaking beds).

Great place, a little bit run down, but never mind, because the benifits will make you forget about this: perfect location, in the middle of the town. Places for partying and eating just in front of the door, but the Hostel is headed towards the yard and therefore it is quite in the dorms. The staff is very helpful and sweet. There is always someone around and treats you with rakija or burek, if you lucky!

This place is fine I guess if you want somewhere literally right in the centre. However it could have been cleaner and was pretty noisy, the wall between the main dorm and the reception was paper thin. The staff were perfectly nice but their advice wasn't great, like saying that basically everything was closed on Sunday when that turned out to not be true at all. The next night we stayed somewhere much better and for less money as well

Great spot in the centre of Sarajevo. Staff were more than willing to go out of their way to help.

Good hostel in central location, withing walking distance of most places. Friendly

One of the staff members smoked in the kitchen while we were preparing dinner - not very impressed at all. The whole place seemed a little chaotic too. But an ok place to rest your head for the night.

This is a fantastic hostel. Stayed for 4 nights and I only have positive feedback. Location is perfect - just off the Main Street of the Old City. There's a decent sized kitchen, shared computer, and good clean bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the bathroom congestion that happens on some mornings when two bathrooms have to accomodate all of the hostel's guests. Everything else is great

Fantastic location for going out, right in the center of the nightlife and close to the old town. If you come by car like us, you will park in a hotel just one block away for some fee, but it is bearable. The hostel is clean, there is enough light in the rooms, bright colours in the comfortable chillout room upstairs, fast internet, helpful staff. You can access a small courtyard from the dorm downstairs. We felt good here. Recommended.

Probably the one hostel I felt at home in the most in Eastern Europe. The owner is a great guy and very helpful. Always tries to make you feel at home and offers you some of his daily homebrew! Bosnia is a fantastic country and you tend to meet good people at this hostel. My only complaint was the lack of hotwater at times, but that is all. I would definitely recommend this and stay here again!

I booked the hostel initially for only 3 days, but after the first night i extended the stay for 3 more! The staf and the owner made the stay incredible. The location and place was great!! It was very clean, and the wifi was very fast!! Highly recomended!
