The staff here were friendly and helpful and even managed to get me a last minute room for the 2nd night I was there even though I hadn't booked. All the people staying there were really helpful too and the kitchen facilities were also very good. The place was well kept.

Very well-run by the manager Girardo. He's helpful, honest, high-integrity, tries to do the right thing. That attitude permeates the staff, makes a BIG difference. FWIW I also tried a nearby hostel, Tequila Backpackers, and they screwed up my confirmed booking for a private room, tried to put me in a small dormitory paying private-room rates, had a broken toilet, out of soap, lazy non-caring staff. Just a world of difference. It all comes down to the manager, and Hospedarte has a good one.

The staff was very welcoming, the locationis good, just steps away from the main avenue chapultepec and the street was very quiet, about the room it was maybe little, but comfortable and clean. I'm probably heading back to Guadalajara in a month, definitely staying here again

Good hostel in the Zona Americana. Not in the centro of Guadalajara but close to the main street so it was very safe to walk around at night. Clean dorms and private rooms. Overall had a very good stay.

The staff are really friendly and full of information. The location is good, minutes walk from the cool bars and restaurants and close to city center. It was clean, nice breakfast, free internet. Best part was the employees. They were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed the stay at this wonderful hostel. We will come back

I enjoyed my 3 nights at the hostel. The staff was friendly and helpful and my private room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just enough to get the day started. I don't know what I would would done without the coffee provided, although it could have been brewed a little stronger but that is just me. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Roger in Vancouver.

Excellent location and great vibe. Kitchen feels unwelcoming, most ammenities in kitchen seem to be staff only, mens shared bathroom is very messy and almost nasty. Mens dorm had extra beds and it felt too packed. Hostel feels a bit restrictive at times Location is excellent, garden is awesome, private rooms are very nice, staff is very friendly.

I stayed at this hostel whilst looking for a place to live in Guadalajara - I found somewhere after the first night but stayed three nights more just because I was having such a nice time in the hostel meeting people and enjoying the nightlife around Chapultepec. Will definitely go back and visit whilst I'm here in Guadalajara, staff and guests are lovely. Thankyou for a good stay Hospedarte!

Definitely a good hostel but not what I expected after having read the reviews. Bathroom were tiny and not that clean. Location is good but Chapultepec area is 30 minutes walk from Centro Historico, the real point of interest. Staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Near to the restaurants and the main attractions in town, it's a perfect place to stay in Guadalajara, but the best of all is the staff and the atmosphere there, enjoy!
