Pretty far out of the city but really close to an underground station. The place is really clean. No kitchen was annoying but they put on a good breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the lockers in the room were great. Wifi was pretty good, did occasionally cut out. Only one real plug in the room which was ridiculous.
Overall a good hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the free breakfast was great. Close to the subway to get into the city of vienna. The 18 bed dorm was a bit cramped, but each bed had ample storage and space.
If you are a young traveler, especially by yourself, I wouldn't recommend this hostel. It's very nice to rooms and lots of room but it is full of older people and school groups and so it is difficult to meet people while staying here. Also it is really not all that close to anything, you have to take the public transport wherever you go. Not a bad place, just not a whole lot of fun.

Only one plug station in each dorm is poor. Apart from that everything was great
Would highly recommend! Is in a good location staff were great, breakfast was very nice loved it!
Far from the city centre but easy to get to via public transport. 8 minute walk to train then 20 min on train to centre. Hostel was very impersonal but functional. The price was right and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Not much going on in hutteldorff neighbourhood especially at night.
Lovely hostel and the breakfast is great. The wifi is really good but the rooms don't have enough plug sockets.
It wasn't really a place for backpackers -- a lot of the guests were older and seemed to be more permanent. They didn't have interest meeting or getting along with travelers. The location was alright, but the staff wasn't very helpful with figuring out the trains and buses. The beds were as comfortable as bunk beds can be, but the pillows were very small and flat and the bathrooms were not very clean. Overall, we have paid less for other hostels and received more for our money.
Staff were exceptionally friendly amd helpful. Great all you can eat breakfast included with a huge range of food and drinks. Very clean. Great hostel!
The only thing I thought could be improved at Hostel Hutteldorf would be to have power points by each bed in the dorm, so people don't have to all try to charge their phones with the 5 or so plugs in the entrance. Other than that, my stay was great.
Every thing was good. Only issue is that not enough power points in larger rooms and not located next to beds. Wifi drops out in rooms too. And no soap or soap dispensers at sinks in bathrooms. But very clean and comfortable. Towels should be free
Great breakfast, really useful roadsigns from metro to hostel. Everything was ok
Showers were a little rough lots of temperature swings. Great breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms.
Cranky old man in kitchen, staff took our fridge when there's broke, WITH EVERYTHING IN IT! Expensive to use washing machine and dryer.

The hostel is amazing, kinda like a hotel cause there is no way to make friends, i mean its not for back packers but aside from that it is actually an excellent place if you dont mind being in the subway for a while to get to the city cennter, but overall is a grwat place to stay! Recommended
Hostel in a nice quiet Location outside of city, metro is very close by that makes it easy to get into town. Breakfast was very good
Do not recommend to young backpackers, There is no socializing here. if you are traveling with a family it is nice I guess. Location is ok about half an hour U ride to the city, staff did not know much but was helpful when they could. rooms were comfortable. I did not enjoy my stay for the single reason I met no one. There were not many other young travelers and if there were they stayed to themselves.
Good experience! Staff very helpful and even though it was a distance to the city is was very easy to get public transport. would liked to have more of a social atmosphere as i was solo travelling but it was a nice and peaceful stay! Only thing i could suggest is hand soap in the bathrooms and hooks in the shower to hang towel etc. :)

Too far from centre. Very long way on metro and no communal atmosphere.
Shower and facilities could receive an update as they appeared to receive little attention for such a large building. Honus was on the user for everything with very little services offered by the staff. Front desk acted as if your arrival was a burden and very negative to receive you. Our best experience was with the breakfast staff as they greeted you with a good morning and a smile. Breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, fruit salad and cheese, meats and buns.
