The staff are really friendly and always want to help you with whatever you're trying to do for the day. The hostel is very clean and they give out a decent breakfast. The only downside is that sometimes at night they play music loud so if you have a room close to the lobby it's hard to sleep but if you ask them nicely they will turn it down for you haha.

BEAUTIFUL view! Amazing. And the staff is also perfect (even if you accidentally over sleep your excursion)- really friendly (more so than many other hostels) and knowledgeable (clearly). Beds are really comfy and someone makes your bed everyday (which is really pleasant). It is UP a hill though so be prepared. Also, double rooms are still twin beds. But otherwise amazing.

Absolutely love this place. It´s in a great location, the rooms are really nice and the bathrooms are always clean. The breakfast is good. What sold this place to me was the beautfiul view from the deck and the helpfulness of the staff. Definately would recommend this hostel to anyone. The only negative thing I would say is the meal is a little poor for 20pesos but it´s a great place to meet people.

The view from the balcony is great. After one day of trekking or activities, you can relax, sit back and watch the lake. The kitchen and the sitting area is sufficient for a group of people. It is good for meeting people. Although you need to walk upto the hill, it is still worth to stay. Recommend it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from the dinning room is amazing, it's worth every single step of that stair in the entrance. The cleanliness was really good in all sectors of the hostel and the overall atmosphere was great, full with nice people.

The view from this hostel made it a wonderful place to decompress after a long day hiking. The staff (specifically Alex) was very helpful and informative. What I would improve is that my locker wouldn't lock because the holes were not properly aligned. This can be uncomfortable if you're traveling with major valuables. I also would love to have something in addition to bread to eat for breakfast, although this is typical of many places in Argentina.

the view was fantastic and common area was also very good. but, it is located kind of uphill. And I reserved a twin room, and it turned out two bunk beds. privare rooms are quite old and not in good condition.

Great hostel experience! Increadable view atmosphere and location. The one rule I think could be dropped is the no outside alcohol rule. Other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the location good etc. The option to eat at the hostel down the road is a good idea to get to meet people, but the food itself wasn't great. Overall a good place to stay.

The most friendly and helpful staff we have encountered at a hostel - they were always happy to help, and had great advice for trips around Bariloche and beyond. The hostel is located up on a hill and has a pretty garden and a lovely view. We had a room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean, if a bit scruffy. We were given bunk beds despite booking regular double! The shared bathroom was a bit unpleasant - it was cleaned once a day but that wasn't really enough given the amount of use!
