The place is badly recognizable from the street and our taxi took us to the other hostel nearby by mistake (same chain and same street, and also they send you their location by e-mail with both addresses!!). By front door you must climb up a very very long stair, which I had to do under pouring cold winter rain carring two heacy suitcases. If they advertized their backdoor address, that wouldn't happen. The whole place look like a slum. Atmosphere was like I would get robbed. The room was nasty.
Disorganized in knowing what we paid and what was owing from online booking. Card machine broken forcing us to get cash which was problematic late at night, would suggest a transfer money online option would have been better.
Pretty decent hostel, a little ways up the hill from town, but not too far. The lockers were a bit weird, my lock wouldn't fit on one of them, but other than that it was fine.
The rooms are not particularly nice but they are fine
