Very friendly Staff, especially Melanie! Good Service
We thought we had booked at a youth hostel. Among other rules, no outside alcohol allowed in the hostel, and only specific areas in-which you can drink the marked-up booze that you can buy at the hostel. Breakfast is very weak. Lockers to small to fit much in. Pluses: Internet is o.k., beds were comfy, and it has a rooftop deck over looking the lake (but once again, don't try to enjoy the view with a beer). Overall, not terrible, but i can't recommend it.
We were pretty disappointed by the fact we booked a private twin room with private bathroom and got 2 bunk beds, a VERY small room with a TINY shower. Since we booked 2 nights, we stayed there and then left to another hostel for the rest of our stay in Bariliche. Other than the small room the hostel was ok, but not more than that.
Great hostel. Amazing view and close to everything. They offer diferent tours to go on and you can also have dinner for 30 pesos at a hostel 1 block away from there, were you can also have something to drink and play pool if you want. It's very quiet at night, so you can actually sleep. The downside is that they never change your sheets during your stay. The same with cleanning. Unless someone leaves they don't check that the rooms are clean or if you have toilette paper.

This review is for Marcopolo Inn as Hostel inn is closed which is not stated when you book for there so when you arrive at hostal inn you then have to walk down the road I would of not chosen to stay at Marco Polo The beds are narrow and hard, staff friendly, bathroom clean, breakfast basic bread and jam
Hostel Inn was closed and we were redirected to Marcopolo Inn. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful! They had a good offer for dinner at 25 A$. The dorms are kind of old but ok. The private room were renovated. Internet only works in ground and first floors.
The hostel inn was still closed while I was there so I was moved to the Marcopolo inn. I enjoyed it there. Super clean, lovely staff- Andrea on the desk is really helpful. The breakfast was good- cereal and toast. Hot showers in dorm ensuite, good wifi in common rooms, bug lockers. A key for everyone in the room. Cheap tasty dinners- big servings- only $25. Good atmosphere.
We stayed in Marco Polo Inn because of maintenance of Hostel Inn. The hostel is clean. But quality of the staff depends on who helps you. The girl helps us very well but the men gave not always the right information. In the bar is the music very loud, so it isn't a nice place to relax. The breakfast starts late, at 8am, we left very early so we missed the breakfast.
Very decent big clean hostel with good wifi and computers. Didnt stay long enough to know the atmosphere but it was set up for a good one.
They change my reservation to another Hostel without advicement.
Actually, we were in Marco Polo because Hostel Inn was closed for renovation.
I liked staying at Hostel Inn Bariloche. Our room had a heating, there was warm water to shower and I could use the wifi not only in the breakfast area / lobby, but also in the room. The hostel has a terrace which offers a great view over Lago Nahuel Huapi and when the sun is out, it's even warm enough to sit there in winter. The only "negative" thing was that we were told breakfast starts at 8:00 am. The lady was still cleaning/preparing at 8:15 am and we sat there useless.
