It is good, even on a bad day. The hot water is the only thing they really needs, and maybe somekind of pool table and a real bar.

The nine bed dorm is pretty claustrofobic and the beds rerally uncomfortable. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting and the hostel pretty load. Fun guitar night with some guys from the staff was really cool... It is that we had the hostelworld deal so we could stay for cheaper, but if you walk in they charge way more. Good enough to sleep and drink, easy going and everything is possible, but not the best hostel if I'm honest.

The common room is quite nice. The room are really small and the bed quite bad. The bathroom are really small as well with the strict minimum space. Breakfast is ok but not wonderful. The activities are ok but not as fine as the pictures makes you think (you wll not cycle in the wineyards but between the bodegas, on the car road). The BBQ party was great though.

I had a great time here! Staff Fantastic! Other people fantastic! On a more serious note, the rooms are cramped, double beds inhabit the rooms like cars in a parking lot. The kitchen is not the neatest or freshest. The bathrooms, whist clean of filth are old and falling apart. Basically could do with a refurbishment. If these things dont bother you then I would recommend staying because it is still a really good place to stay.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we felt like at home all the time. The staff is very helpful and they knew a lot of local knowledge. The breakfast is amazing.

I totally recommend you to stay in this hostel! Great value for your money, specially with the offer I got for staying for 3 days. Hostel is located close to the Plaza Independecia what makes it easier to get pretty much to anywhere you'd want to go. The best part of the hostel is the staff who work there. Extremely helpful and fun they give an special atmosphere to the hostel, especially Mira and Martin. They also got connection with bus companies what helps a lot!

Very small sleeping area with triple layer bunks- felt cramped and stuffy. Try to get a room upstairs. Breakfast was great, location was good, and staff were helpful.

The staff were nice and it is a good central location however the space leaves a lot ot be desired. The rooms are absolutely tiny, you can barely find place to put your luggage. There are rooms with beds three high and even in the 4 bed dorm there was no room with the lockers being blocked by the beds. Fan in the room I was in only worked with the lights on which was a problem at night. Only one outlet per room and only a few functioning outlets in the main area. Kitchen not well stocked.

The best hostel ever! It has an excellent staff. is at the center of the city. They have a wide variety of tours, all very funny, especially the rides! Drinking wine and horse riding in the mountains is the best thing ever!

11 bed is horrible. Theres no place for ur backpack. And smell is... Beds are bunk beds 3 on top of each other. Wouldnt want to sleep on "third" floor! Location is good, right next to plaza.

If you despise small, cosy rooms, don't go here. However, the communal area is huge and offers room for many people. Staff is awesome as they helped me out with various activities and medical stuff. Bathroom facilities are ok as well. Breakfast could be better. By the time I stayed here it was quiet.

Campo Base is a great bang for the buck location in Mendoza with friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. I enjoyed my stay there and returned two months later when I passed through Mendoza again. Breakfast is good and well rounded and the staff is there to help travelers, not to just make money off travelers.

This hostel has the most amazing staff! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, great to hang out with. When we had an issue with one of our activities (paragliding), Joanna comped us with a free ticket to one of the hostel parties. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it, it's a great place to meet other travelers and explore Mendoza!

..the dorm room (4 beds) is really small. Hard to open the lockers or to get the backpack in. Mattress was one of the worst i ever had. However, location, breakfast, com.area etc is top!!

The hostel is a bit too outdated now. The mattresses were awful, pillows even worse and the rooms were far too small. Staff were very good though.
