Wonderful place! the staff look after you at the hostel, in the bar, or take you out for a night. They can arrange tours and will make sure you have everything you need for your time in Mendoza.

You really cant beat the location just a half lock from the main plaza. It would be great if they had some outdoor facilities but overall its clean and comfortable.

When coming to the hostel, the bathrooms were disgusting and unusable. The majority staff was of no help at all and seemed to be overwhelmed with the simplest tasks (like finding the free bed in a room). The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses had big holes. The heat was unbearable esp. because the doors could not be opened due to the smell of the clogged toilets in the hall... Positive was the location as well as fast WiFi connection and I really liked the breakfast.

The place was pretty cool because I've met good people, but the staff was too disorganized, my bed was not ready when I arrived even with a previous reservation, and I almost missed a tour due to their disorganization, because they didn't do the papel work with the agency. The bathroom and showers were not clean and not good.

Absolutely brilliant hostel, ive stayed in many but the staff at campo base are some of the best if not the best. So helpful and always making sure there is plenty to do. I would go back in a heartbeat

This was a fantastic hostel! You can book tours at the reception. We booked three! The bathroom was always clean and in proper conditions. The staff was always friendly and the bar was also nice. The parties were awesome!!! I would recommend this hostel to anyone. If you want a good night sleep, if you want adventure, or if you want to party till the break of dawn... Campo Base is the place!

During our 10 months trip this is the only time we had BEDBUGS. I got bitten 15 times, the staff didn\'t care about it, then even asked me if I hadn\'t bring them from elsewhere. So I had the worst night ever, I didn\'t sleep at all, had no help or discount from the staff and had to have all my clothes wached.

great hostel for partying, really friendly staff, dorms are rubbish though - very cramped, boiling hot and no storage space, but the place is great if you don't mind not sleeping much

The best thing about this place is the staff. so helpful with everything and go out socializing with you!

way too many people fit into a tiny room, (3 level bunk beds) (Bed bugs). Cold water in shower. Breakfast is good but finishes too early

Nice staff and location. The beds on the third level in the 8 person dorms are very high, without any security against falling out. The worst thing was the company of lots of bedbugs in the room!

Loved, loved, loved this hostel. Great staff - VERY HELPFUL - they have great activities planned, great excursions available, and are still willing to help you figure out how to do it yourself. My only complaint was that the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but everything else made up for that by far.

Nice hostel, good location but some rooms are really small and crowded and the AC wasn't working

The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I had stayed a couple of times in this hostel before, and when I returned this past time, I was surprised that some of the staff still remembered me. I felt as if I was at home in this hostel.
