I checked in around 3am. They had a party happening at the hostel which would have been fine, but there were people making out everywhere- in corridors, on couches and even in my room. People were screaming things at me in Spanish and I felt very uncomfortable. The 4 bed dorm I stayed in was very small, dark and dirty, as well as right next to the inside dancing area of the hostel. The music was very loud until 530am. When I was packing to checkout, a random guy came in to have a nap on my bed

Cool hostel, has a lot events and parties. The location is a bit secluded and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

A great week in the hostel ! Thanks a lot to all the team ! Amazing activities proposed and once you come back to the hostel you always have a great athmosphere to welcome you. We are on the road for one year and won't forget our stay over there.

Sheets were not changed (hairs etc) and awlful condition - looked like there were taken from the dump. Got new set but they didn't really accept my point. Change of staff later question if I had paid, so there is not much communication going on - get a receipt. Overall staff not bad but It's a dirty place. Looks like one outfit owns 6 hostels in Mendoza and they are in it for the money as not a peso put back in maintainence. Terrible bathroom. My advice - give it a miss.

Good for party + billiard. Easy to book tours. Rooms are dark and muggy. Breakfast is abundant but low quality.

Cool hostel only issue is that it's bit away from the other hostels and main nightlife strip. Great place all in all.

Typical Hostelling International hostel. Staff are nice, however they do not allow you to bring your own wine into the hostel, a policy that is absolutely absurd for a hostel located in Mendoza. If they replaced all the Hostelling International adverstisements on the wall with art or something it might be a nice hostel.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed at in Argentina. Take advantage of the deal for a free wine tour with four nights booked. The bar is good, and there are regular communal nights to get to meet people have a good time. The rooms are good and clean and security is good with large lockers available. The staff are helpful and friendly and there's a pool out back too. The kitchen is sadly tiny and under resourced though, and the location is a 15 minute walk to the action. Would recommend.

Frat house for 18 year old British p**sheads. All you can eat BBQ is more like all you can fit in one mouthful. Rip-off. Some rooms 5m from the bar, with music blasting all night and day even when no one is in there.

Went to the organised pizza and tequila night, and it was so bad! There was bad pizza that took about 2 hours to arrive, so everyone had to buy beers while waiting- which of course was not included in the price. Also, the people who went on a winery bike tour were waiting for over an hour before the tour guide arrived. This is a good hostel, but don't feel obliged to do the extra activities. There are other options available.

Staff were easy-going, chilled and really helpful. I miss you all!!!! Location was a little far from the main area for restaurants and supermarkets, but still a nice walk. Very clean and fun hostel, but breakfast was pretty boring. Sunset horse-riding tour was amazing.

The hostel staff were great and we got a really good deal on the room through hostelworld. The kitchen could have been better equipped, there was barely any cutlery or pans. The activities they provided were also great and the free tequila night as well!

Good location to walk into town and good facilities (kitchen could be better). But definitely great for the organised excursions at a decent price - really helpful staff and nice rooms.

Great hostel, supposed to stay there for three nights but ended up there for a week!! The staff are brilliant aswell. The only fault is that the bar doesn't open on Sunday nights, otherwise perfect hostel!!

I didn't like it. First night I was there a really drunk group was howling outside my window between 4am and 6am and the staff didn't even try to quieten them down. I also got bitten by spiders AND flees in that place. It's also VERY much a party hostel, more for people who want to get really drunk and rowdy. I wasn't looking for that so found it very annoying. Maybe I'm just getting old, haha.

It was a nice hostel and cheap. Very touristy though and all english was spoken, which is too bad. Also the kitchen is tiny and pretty much sucks.
