+ rooms and bathroom are brand new and clean + located in the middle of a farm, for those who like peace, has outside tables and bbq place + nice staff, didn't charge us the last night when we told (only one day in advance) we would leave one night earlier - located in the middle of a farm, by a huge harbor; you need a car and 20 minutes to get anywhere - place is under complete construction/renovation outside, will be nice when finished, but so far looks like a construction site

renovated old house, maybe a bit too little bathroom, but everything is more than satisfactory.
